Though I am a physician, I am somewhat of a physician skeptic. I had a relatively severe shoulder dislocation and rotator cuff injury in college many years ago. The shoulder has never been the same, but `` tolerable ''. It had been getting worse over the past. year with significant pain, particularly with certain movements. I saw the orthopedic surgeon who recommended shoulder `` re- hab ''( physical therapy) and I was very doubtful that this would help. I read the literature that they provided me, got a set of resistance bands and started doing the exercises several times a week, as instructed. Much to my surprise and delight, my shoulder pain got much better along with my flexibility and functionality. So i need Some equipment to get my muscles used to the gym routine i want to go back to. These bands are great. There are 4 resistance strengths and they all do pretty well. I 'm not used to these bands, so it's still a bit scary stretching them out so much. Even though I have them secured in place. My only true issue, is that the carabiner on the band itself is kind of small. The strap that wraps around the carabiner is thick, and it's a bit annoying to attach the handles. But, that's typically normal with a lot of gym equipment, so whatever.

I purchased the medium bands to try out. What I found was that when added to my bar on my weight rack, the bands adds resistance to a greater range of motion. I'vw since our based the light, Medium and Heavy in pairs and found that they are an amazing add to my bar in my weight training. I thought these bands were gimmickie, and that's not to say they are n't, but definitely not what I 'm using them for. I suffer from far less joint pain after workouts and have been lifting heavier since adding the bands. I highly recommend adding these to your power training.

[ Leash is great for a smaller dog in my opinion, but my dog tugs at time and it gives this bounce back recoil for both myself and the dog. If you ’ re not prepared for it or it occurs on uneven ground it could throw you off a bit. Overall it ’s a great leash and love the sense of security of the leash itself and those functions Just the bounce back is weird considering traditional leashes.
