These are snug at the instep if you have “ taller ” feet; it took a few wears to start to feel comfortable, and takes a shoe horn every time to get them on. Surprisingly roomy at toe box( which is where my width is). Learher and construction seem good. Cork later at the sole makes these a bit more casual, but colorwise, plays well with all the neutrals. Good looking for a casual boot. Squeaky for first day, then not again. Haven ’ t tested waterproofing yet.

My first hunting boots. Haven ’ t stress tested them yet with any backcountry or serious hiking activities but wearing them around town and the outdoor shooting range, they ’ re very comfortable. I have size 13 feet and while they ’ re sturdy, they don ’ t make me feel like Herman Munster. As to sizing, I ’ m a 13 in Nike and a 12. 5 in adidas. The Danner Vital in 13 is a perfect fit. I bought these boots last year for work. A couple of months ago I was at a customers house and stepped on a live wire for an old well pump. The wire was cut and sticking out of the ground an inch. These my guy ’s third pair in twenty some years. They are still in the box because his second pair are getting rough looking but do not leak. He will wear them until they do. Brida, our blue healer puppy was having a good time with Dad ’s boot. We have beef cattle and live Up North Minnesota where there is black dirt and clay underneath. My first pair of Chaco's boots- The package arrived on time- purchased 1/2 size up men's fields lace boot. In hand inspection of the boots coloring and construction are excellent. The dark brown leather is blemish free. The feeling of fit wearing thick wool socks is comfortable, no odd pressure points along the upper or side portion of the shoes. Man made foam insert foot bed sits on top of the compressed paper or leather mid sole. The glued on `` Chaco '' rubber sole is grippy and has deep treads for a secure wet stance in the rain. Finally pulled the trigger on another pair, and they are the same boot. No changes, nothing fancy, just the best work boot i ever owned. Side note: these boots stand up well to horse manure.

These are very comfortable, dry and warm. I have had these boots since 2001 and they are still holding up. I worked commercial construction and these have held up to walking and climbing up and down all day. Will wash them down and then apply mink oil paste to the leather. These hold up alot better than boots costing twice as much.

The boots are great! Handled spring time in Colorado so raining, ice, sleet and then snow all in one day. I mucked horse stalls and had very warm feet while doing that chore. I was outside for 2 hours and my feet and calves didn ’ t get cold. I was able to walk uphill on ice and not slip. They are comfortable and require little “ break in ”. Great purchase.

I have been using these for snowmaking over the past month and my feet have not gotten cold once! The build quality is great, especially with the Vibram sole, I have had no problems with traction on snow or ice. Overall great boot and will definitely be using them for many seasons to come!

I ’ ve had these for about 3 months now and I must say they ’ re my favorite boots to wear for work or going out. They look great, feel perfect, and are so easy to get on or off. The only thing is I feel so nervous about ruining them because of how much I like the look of them. It ’s made of Nubuck leather so you have to be careful about water damaging the leather, they ’ re not water proof! Be prepared to have a kit to clean these boots every once in a while and keep the material from getting ruined.

I bought these boots I swear about 8 years ago and they are still going strong. I have worn these two work and worn them to climb and hike and my feet have never gotten wet. They are better suited for the cold but I 've worn them all year long. I really ca n't believe how long they 're lasting. And I really ca n't believe they still have this model. Usually they change or discontinue a model of shoe but these bridgers are awesome.

[ This is my 4th pair of Oboz Bridgers. I use the 10 '' insulated for winter hiking and snowshoeing, the low for rocky terrain in warm weather, and have been running a set of Premium Mids for fall hiking. These things are incredibly well constructed, very supportive, totally waterproof, and super comfortable. With my current mids having put in a long service life, including plenty of winter wear, I was due for a new set. They 've made some thoughtful improvements to the tongue and lace hooks, but everything else that I love about the shoes remains intact. The factory insoles are great, but I do swap them out for a set of Superfeet as a personal preference. Despite a lack of insulation and good breathability, there is enough material and protection to make these a bit stifling in warm weather. The added benefit is that they are great during chilly hikes in late fall and make great everyday shoes for winter. As has been my experience with Oboz, I did bump up a half size and it fits perfectly.

I ’ m still breaking them in, but I am very happy with them so far. The color( Sahara) doesn ’ t look at all like the pictures online and they are actually much more olive green in reality. Personally I like the actual color even better than the online pics. Comfort was fairly good out of the box…there is a spot on the outside of the left boot that can get uncomfortable after a full day of wear, but I ’ m guessing this will work out with more break in since they are leather. Overall they feel very well made and look great. Weight feels good for the level of protection and durability offered. I can ’ t wait to get them out on the trails!

I do purchase an insole from a local shoe store for my plantar fasciitis which I have to use in all my lace up shoes. I have not found another shoe that fils my foot as well as this one for work and would recommend it to anyone who does similar work. I run around a lot with my job and turn many blind corners. So the lace up style of the shoe is better than kitchen rubber clogs. Also I work in a super humid environment on cement floors. So the waterproofing exterior and no slip sole is essential. I ordered these due to being steel toed to wear at work, and might I say it was an awesome purchase! They 're comfortable and not quite as heavy as I imagined them to be. They are very insulated, however making them scarse in the hotter days... But I still love them! I also love the fact that they do n't look like your `` average steel toe boot ''. They have some sort of 'style' to them, that I just like! Highly recommend these boots!
