I celebrated my 250th strength workout in these and surprisingly also received the burned the most calories award so I have to believe they definitely contributed to that. I ’ ve bought Reebok Nano 6 ’s for years and they ’ ve been great for CrossFit workouts. I recently switched to more HIIT workouts and really felt the need for more cushioning- especially going from box jumps to sprints and more.
