As a bigger guy, finding shoes that keep my feet comfortable all day has been challenging until I tried the Brooks Ghost 16. I ’ m not a runner, so I can ’ t speak to performance on the track, but for daily wear, walking, and just staying comfortable and stable on my feet, these shoes have been a game- changer. The cushioning is exactly what I needed: soft enough to relieve pressure and foot fatigue, but not so squishy that I feel off balance. I ’ ve had zero heel pain, no more sore arches, and they feel supportive enough to walk around for hours. What I especially appreciate is how stable they feel. Even with my weight, the Ghost 16 doesn ’ t collapse inward or wear unevenly like some other shoes I ’ ve tried. They fit true to size, and the upper has a nice balance of breathability and structure. I can ’ t speak to how they hold up under high- impact running, but for everyday use and long hours on your feet, I ’ d absolutely recommend these, especially if you ’ re a bigger guy looking for relief and all- day comfort.

I ’ m interested to see how they hold up as I continue to train at longer distances. I currently have the “ coconut milk ” color, which is like a vintage off- white, to match my go- to black on black attire. I just broke in a pair of these Ghost 17 running shoes on the asphalt yesterday and though they 're listed as neutral, they 're more like a stability or support shoe. I do n't move as fast as I did in the previous versions but they are very cushiony and my feet feel very secure though not constricted. I anticipate the speed picking up after a few more runs. The outer sole is very durable and the overall look and design is an upgrade. These will be in my rotation of running shoes along with the Nike Peg 41, and the On Cloudsurfer Next. I highly recommend them for regular short to mid distance runners.

Back to what made the Ghosts the best trainers on the market! I had to return the Ghost 16s when they first launched because the upper caved in on my toes—disappointing to say the least. Thankfully, the design is back to a more structured toe box. I am reviewing a 11E size for reference, most of my complaints issue are more size specific in my opinion. So my only concerns are the newer design in my size. The toe box has a slight curl by the inner big toe, I am worried that might be a wear point down road along with rear high heel. That said on to what I love about it. First it is light compared to Ghost 15 I left it was noticeable. Additionally the sole does better over the small bits of gravel I encountered on my normal street run. Additionally it has a light springback that is enjoyable endurance wise and executed without that weird collapsing sponge feel some shoes have with that type of sole. I am happy with the reflection for drivers on the Black& Gold i have, branding is tasteful, I also liked the reinforcement in toebox shifting from a closed decal like piece to a dense fabric portion. They breath good for a street shoe. Out of the box my high arch needed a bit to adjust the laces, it did not detract from the shoe. After two outings the shoe broke in pretty nicely and became more natural. I am overjoyed to use it. I use my own insert so spacing was not an issue, shoebox refined the control making toe led turns more direct not bad shifting movements versus the 15 had a slight shift comparatively. I cycled the regular insert back to my 15's for their outdoor work lifecycle no apparent changes to report so far. In light rain and pebble/washed cement grip is confident. Direct exposure to full sun the shoe still breathed well. The new support at heel helps drive incline and decline without the abrasive hightop in side to side motions at the ankle.

I 've had the Ghost 17s for 4 weeks now and I 'm very impressed by them. They feel incredibly soft but supportive, and work well for my feet with orthotics. I 've been mainly walking and running in them but also played tennis in them and they felt supportive with the changes in direction there too.

Many of the long sleeve tops and jackets are more appropriate for outdoor temperatures. I ’ m a big guy, 6 ’ 1 250 currently on a weight loss journey and these shoes feel phenomenal during my runs. I ’ m new to running distances more than 1- 2 miles so I was concerned about the cushion and how comfortable the shoe would feel but it ’s just not an issue. Great shoe even for bigger people.

From what I 've been told, it is recommended that you take a stroll in new running shoes to warm them up and stretch them out a bit. However, I took these shoes on a run fresh out of the box and it felt great. This is not normal for me by the way. I 'm a flat- footed monster with wide feet and if the shoe does n't fit while I 'm running, it can get extremely painful. The Pegasus always seem to deliver for me. Neutral running shoes work the best for my flat feet and I 'm so happy with my purchase. I look forward to using this bad boy as my daily. I 'm 5' 1 '', and wear a 6. 5 in womens running shoes. Size up half a size for wide footed monsters.

These are the ones!! True to size, clean look, super comfortable. They are cushioned, they give a little bounce to your walk, and they are a great all around shoe. I love my air max 270s but they are not the best support in the gym. These give good support for running, the recumbent bike, and I ’ ve had ease lifting with them. For super heavy lifting I understand a flatter shoe but these have given me 0 issues and I wear them 6x a week, and have had them for a month. I have a narrow heel, high arch, and medium width foot. Problems for me in the past was having to lace up tight to keep my heel planted. That generated hot spots across the top of my foot. With the Glycerin 22 I get a comfortable snug fit, no hot spots and great support. Excellent shock absorbing. They are wearing great too.

[ At first look, I thought these Pegasus Premiums would be heavy and chunky. When they finally arrived, I was shocked at how lightweight they actually were! The design and details on these was just the cherry on top. After a few runs, I can confidently say that these will be my everyday option for my running needs. The support and cushioning is unmatched! I did go with a true size 10, and had no issues with the fit, but if you do want a little more wiggle room, I do suggest you go up a half size. I am excited to see more and more colorways in the future! If you are on the fence about grabbing these, I am here to tell you that you will not be disappointed in these Pegasus Premiums!

I love these shoes. Super comfy and very light. My one and only concern is the ankle area. Due to the material that it ’s made out of, when you put the shoe on you have to stretch that area, and I have a fear that it could start to pull apart over time and they may not hold up as long like my other tennis shoes.

Invincible run 3 ’s fit me like a glove, allowing me to wear them for hours on end without issue or discomfort. I was very disappointed to learn that the invincible runs were being discontinued.
