I bought a pair for my wife and 14 year old daughter. Both were a size small. My wife is a 7. 5 and I bought her the 8. My daughter is an 8 and I bought her the 8. Both were too snug. 9 was the right fit. Recommend buying a size bigger than you normally wear.

These are comfortable and can be slipped into without re- doing the laces which is a big plus for me. I bought these because they have a roll over the top winterized bottom. My last boots had the sole meeting the upper right at the bottom edge& that is where it blew out. Hoping that these last a long time like my last pair with the higher rubber section. True that they run small, I wear size 8. 5, bought boots in a size 10, fit perfectly.

My plan was to be able to wear them with skinny jeans, and hopefully wear to the grocery store or on other quick errands. Well, I ended up wearing them on a shopping day trip and wore them for about 5 hours straight, with some of that time being outside on a 40- ish degree day. They were WONDERFUL! I only wish they came in half sizes. My usual size 6 fit with lightweight socks, but I knew I ’ d want to be able to wear heavier socks in winter, so I sized up to a 7. They ’ re pretty big with lightweight socks but fit very comfortably with heavier socks. A 6. 5 would have been perfect for both, but that ’s not stopping me from wearing them with lightweight socks too

These are just as good as the last pair of trail 2650s I got. They are the only thing I want to put on my feet and allowed my chronic sprained ankle to finally heal. The red is much more muted in person, still red but a desaturated dusty paler red. It is a lovely color, not cherry red like it looks in the pictures on my phone at least and the stripe is ever so slightly pink.
