I threw away my 40 year old stationary bike and replaced it with this one. I am so surprised how quiet it is when I ride it. My old bike had a chain and made so much noise. I think the bike is great. Well built and strong. Seat is large and comfy. It has been over a year that I have not rode a bike so I am starting with less tension and will increase it in time. I like the tension adjustment and the easy height adjustments. I would recommend this bike. The bike was packaged very well and I was glad nothing was wrong with it since the box had seen better days in transit. I also chose not to keep the foot straps on the petals when I ride. I do n't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father... you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb. The bar does n't pinch your skin, pull your hair or feel like it will break. Superb product!

I was working out at home on my traditional weight bench with a couple of plates on each side. During my bench press workout, I pushed through nine reps and thought I could squeeze out one more, but my arms completely gave out. The bar came down and rested on my chest, and I had to tip one side to drop the weights, which caused the other side to flip down. It was a pretty risky move, especially without a spotter, but sometimes it ’s just not convenient to have one when you ’ re working out alone at home. This experience is probably the biggest reason I ended up purchasing this strength platform. With it, there ’s no risk of getting crushed, and the one- touch Bluetooth device to control the weight gives me so much peace of mind while working out. I was looking at compact home gym machines online and getting a little discouraged because of the lack of options but this platform is different than anything I 've seen. I love the convenient weight adjustment dial. Easy to go from 20 lbs to 50 lbs, as opposed to loading and unloading weight plates. No more clutter of weights lying around the floor. And the Bluetooth clip- on addition let's me lift with safety and confidence, knowing I can zero out the weight with just a click of a button. The fold up feature is really convenient too. I agree with everything PatrickM stated in his review. I can only add, you have to purchase the barbell clamp collars separately, but you do n't need them, just good to have. And of course you have to supply the barbells. I was missing a couple of small parts and Customer Service was very helpful and sent without question or charge. The unit is fairly heavy duty for the price. Even without any written instructions, you can easily put it together with the parts schematic. Not really an issue, but would be better with instructions.

I purchased this machine for my home gym. It came extremely well packaged with foam wrapping to protect the finish. Assembly took about 1 hour. Instructions were basically parts diagrams but if you are fairly mechanical you can assemble. For the non- mechanically incline it may be a bit of a struggle. I was super impressed to find a glass bottle of touch up paint included. During assembly I found out that the end caps that go where the leg pads are were missing. I called the customer service number about 5 PM and I was connected to a US customer support rep. He was very friendly and had two new caps in the mail to me, no questions asked, within 5 minutes. This netted major bonus points for Powerline/Body Solid with me. Pros: 1. Good quality tubing and finish. 2. The company has GREAT US customer support. 3. A really nice lat bar with padding and a shorter bar for lower rows. 4. The company cares enough about its product to send a bottle of touch up paintNegatives: 1. I wish there were weight plate storage pegs. I 've discovered that plate storage is a big advantage. 2. The leg pads have two levels of mounting holes. The top was the best for me but leg support is a bit awkward but secure. 3. The machine can slide when doing rows but a rubber pad and/or weight negates this. 4. The clips are a bit small for the two bars and the bars require a bit of finesse to attach. 5. No written assembly directions. In conclusion this machine would be great for any home gym. While the machine has some negative attributes, the positives far outweigh them. Novice through intermediate use would be appropriate for this machine. It's not gym quality although you would pay much more for a commercial level machine.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for our son after some problems getting set up due to the company that was scheduled to set it up the manager at the Bel Air Md store who took care of the issue and got it taken care of 4 days before Christmas. The first guy that was scheduled to deliver and set up came at 4pm and brought it in the house and then proceeded to tell us it was too late and we will have to reschedule, this was the 18th of December, after no return call from this company I stopped in my local Dicks store and spoke with the manager, he called back later that day and it was set up and ready to go 2 days before Christmas. Set up took about 6 hours with 2 guys who do this for a living, I would recommend paying the extra for set up. The machine itself is very well- built solid equipment, does so many different things, make sure you measure your space. It does not come with weights, so you have to buy them separately. So far, my son and husband are happy with the machine.

This rack is great! With one piece of equipment you can do so many things. The only concern is the height of the pull up bar is pretty high so if you have lower ceilings it may not fit.
