I usually like a slimmer fit, but this is a perfect relaxed fit. I ’ m not swimming in the material, but it ’s also very airy and comfortable, and just fitted enough to look really nice. I can ’ t thank Fjallraven enough for carrying size xs in men ’s!! If I had to pick a gripe with the shirt it ’s that it doesn ’ t have 100% full mobility when completely lifting your arms out and above your head, but I also know that ’s not what this shirt is intended for. Terrific product and a fair price for how exceptional it is.

I am more often a small than a medium, but was a solid medium here- the usual bit of shrink of wool during washing was just enough to make it a perfect fit. The price is higher than cotton tees, obviously, but they are well made, a treat to wear, and seem to last, so I purchase a couple now and then and replenish as needed. Body style is lovely, some shape but still loose enough for comfort and a more flattering `` fit. '' Would really love it if they brought back the dark charcoal color, and some more darker, subtle, maybe even heathered colors( The lighter, like all tees, shows more sweat stains eventually, at least for me, and I 've never cared for pastel/easter egg brights). Holding up well through many wearings and washings, thank you so much!

I have the patina green in medium size. I go on day hikes at least twice weekly and have this shirt keeps me as comfortable as possible even in 30° Celsius weather. This shirt stays dry as I sweat during my hike. If the weather starts to cool it is easy to put a fleece layer over this one. Lastly, I do n't put this in the dryer after washing as it can become completely dry in an less than an hour in my house where the A/C temperature is set to 20° Celsius. Overall I really like it and I will get a second pair to use when I do the Salkantay Trail in the near future.

[ I purchased this shirt in a medium being a 6 foot tall 175 pound male and the fit is what most people would call sport like. I like that it ’s a little long because most medium shirts are hardcore belly shirts when I pick my arms up a little.( I ’ m not that type of guy) If you are than this shirt might not be for you. I have a snap button shirt this will go under on my backpacking endeavors this summer. It seems like weight enough to be worn under something without being too hot but I guess we will see. These are by far my favorite synthetic hiking shirts. So lightweight and breathable, beautiful colors, perfect fit, super comfortable, dries fast and wicks sweat. The raglan sleeves mean no seams for backpack straps to rub and cause irritation. A slightly higher UPF rating would be nice, but would also make the fabric heavier, so I understand the trade- off there. The smooth texture works well when layering too.

I have the Abisko wool shirt in the long and short sleeve models. When I had a bad fall in Argentina and broke my arm, I had on the long sleeve version. The arm was badly damaged, but the shirt still looks great. I look forward to wearing it when I get my arm out of the cast. I bought the light grey colour because I thought it could double as bug protection, since the mosquitoes were horrendous. I really liked how feather- light it was, it dried fast and the hood was great when the bugs were fierce. I purchased this used a few years ago and it has become a staple for hiking, camping, travel, and festivals. After the first year I cut the drawstring and tied it in a knot, much better and more practical. The light blue color stains easy. Sometimes this shirt stinks to high heaven after short use, other times I can wear it for days without stank. Washes easy and dries quickly. UPF continues to work after many years of regular use and washing, it provides protection from the sun and mild wind. It's so soft against bare skin and comfortable to sleep in. I use as a base layer, except when I use to layer over tank top when it's hot, or wool hoodie when it's cold. The pocket and zipper is great. No complaints.

This has been perfect for cool morning trail runs. It is n't tight or clingy and is easy to take off and wrap around my waist when it starts to warm up.

+ Color is super pretty+ material is really lightweight, good for long days in the sun and stretchy enough for climbing. +/- For me the length is good, hits in a flattering spot above my hip bones, unless I 'm wearing a harness or even with backpack or bouldering pads strapped around my waist, in which it becomes kinda annoying because it's a bit short and rides up, and gets all bunchy. It was more annoying with the harness while trad multipitching, because it was kinda billowy and bunchy right by the gear loops and would mess with my trad rack.- the seam lines on the arms are kinda weird and a little uncomfortable/scratchy. i wish it felt smoother on the inside. It also runs down the middle of the inside arm, rather than on the outside arm edge. Anyway YMMV, but I 'll continue to wear this for bouldering or cragging days but not multipitch days

I will agree the fit is a tiny bit off, but the look is fantastic. I bought all three after day one in the blue shirt. The only real complaint I ’ ll have with it is how insanely wrinkled up they get in the wash. It ’s long iron job to bring it back to life. But, 🤷♂️. Big deal.

Love the fabric( the faint texture, that you ca n't really see online, adds some character in a good way) and seems really well sewn. The orange is a great color- looks even better in real life than on the website. As another reviewer said, though- the sizing... I 'm well aligned with a small in the size chart( and typically am a small in shirts), but it's really really big on me in real life- even through the shoulders. Definitely order a smaller size than you would have thought.

I wear one of these almost every day at work in the fall winter and spring. It is comfortable, warm, and breathable. It ’s light weight and very versatile. For me it fits true to size. The thumb loops are very helpful when layering with additional insulating layers and the zipper helps dump heat when you need to. Buy more than one so you don ’ t have to wait for it when it ’s in the wash!

A comfortably warm grid fleece around town or climbing. The gray fabric has a welcome subtle visual texture. Thumb loops are useful but not in the way. Fit is somewhat slim yet easily fits a layer underneath

I wear it as a mid layer while skiing. It was perfect when temps were zero to one degree F in the morning and up to low 30s in the afternoon. Layered between base layer and insulated jacket, it was perfect. Not bulky, but still warm. Quality is good, as is typical from OR. I definitely recommend this fleece.
