They are my favorite work shorts. I like the 8 '' inseam, which allows me to kneel without binding. I 'm not sure what the drawstring idea is for, as I always wear a belt. I like the phone/tool pocket, too. I 'll buy more when I wear these out.

However, I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because there is no: Elastic waistband and internal drawcord gives a secure fit. I bought a pair of these when they first came out a couple of years ago and always saved them for my `` dress '' shorts. I always looked forward to wearing them as they are the most comfortable shorts I have ever owned. I finally decided to replace my lined Breeze shorts with the active breeze shorts because they are just so much more comfortable than the Breeze short. The extra comfort comes from the difference in the waste band. The old Breeze short had a typical stretch liner but the new active breeze short has more of smooth band where you do n't feel the waist band against the skin, you dont actually know you are wearing them.

I love TNF wander shorts. A few summers ago they came out with two pocket version which were awesome. These are perfect for hiking, working out, and kayaking( super quick dry) or any outdoor pursuits. These are linerless which I prefer and feel comfortable.
