Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

[ I found these pants to be amazing while I was out skateboarding. They somehow managed to always feel cool, even when the rest of me was hot, and at no point did I feel a damp spot from sweat. I worried at first that they were going to be restrictive while skating, but they had a good amount of stretch to them, and the pants stayed firmly on my hips, even with all the leg movement. Fashion wise again I was quite surprised. The little fake zipper flap area around the crotch was enough to make it look like I was n't just wearing sweats out of the house. I am surprised that a little thing like that could make such a difference. Design wise I would no change anything. They drawstring is well hidden inside, the material both looks and feels comfortable and stylish without looking tacky. The taper down the leg led to a snug fit around my ankles, which allowed me to showcase my shoes while wearing and skateboarding in them, which is highly important to me since I take great pride in my show collection and do n't like when they become hidden by pants.

I really like these trousers. I wanted a pair of hiking trousers that looked a little more stylish and can be worn in a multitude of scenarios. I have them in green, a pleasing military shade, and like the fact they are all a single block of colour unlike many two- tone hiking trousers( which I personally find a little uncool). Material is flexible facilitating easy and fluid movement and is durable but not heavy. The cut is straight, not baggy, a little more slim than most walking trousers.
