I am an avid triathlete and live in a state that is not kind to runners in the winter time. Love being able to run indoors and not out in the snow. This treadmill enables me to use the iFit Program to follow prerecorded workouts which is nice, but I really like that I can just hop on and start running without really much effort in getting started. My treadmill has been a great investment. It has worked great for running, hiking, and walking. It can be put in small spaces as the treadmill track fold ups. The screen is clear and you can easily start a ifit workout or quick start into your own workout. The incline does take a minute to get from 0% to 12%, but functions great. I bought this about 3 weeks ago. I have arthritis in both knees. Treadmill is hard on my knees. So I decided to try this under the desk elliptical. I love it. I use it while watching TV. Have no problems with it sliding on the floor with or without carpet. It's very quiet. There's nothing that I do n't like about it. I definitely recommend it.

He is Sean Monier from the bike and fitness department. This time I was in a hurry and only needed to call Sean Monier to get his thoughts on the E35 Elliptical. The smooth operation and various features make it a great addition to my home gym. However, the assembly process proved to be a tedious job. One significant improvement could be made in this area. None of the parts came labeled or marked, which made it challenging to identify them based on the manual. Adding simple markings or names on the components would have saved a considerable amount of time during assembly. Despite the minor inconvenience during setup, the elliptical itself is a solid product that delivers on its promises. I hope that Sole considers implementing user- friendly assembly practices in the future, enhancing the overall customer experience.

Received my new recumbent cross trainer( SBE420035) 3/08/2025. Packaging is terrific. Every piece is individually wrapped, nothing rattled, and every piece was pristine. This is an awesome item. Functions like a much more expensive cross trainer. Smooth, quiet, electronics work, and Sunny Fit App is excellent. I can actually connect my cross trainer via bluetooth to the app and there are a myriad things to do. I would not hesitate to buy it again. Assembly is n't bad but the instructions in the booklet are confusing. Too many small numbers and letters and pictures. The video is better. Do n't let this stop you, the SBE420035 is a terrific piece of exercise equipment and Sunny Health is a fine company with excellent customer service. I 'm an 81 year old man who has been working out his whole life and am not easily impressed.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

If you are looking for a standard EXERCISE bike without all the unnecessary- and more costly bells and whistles- then this is the bike for you! The only thing to note, I am about 5'10 '' and raised the seat as high as it will go, and I can probably still use an extra couple inches. So if you are taller, it might not work for you.

I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

You need 2 people to assemble, since it is VERY HEAVY! It is a well- made machine. I followed the instructions exactly. Tighten bolts when instructed. I watched the assembly video, which was extremely helpful. The support line was friendly, professional and helpful. This machine is very well built, it runs very smoothly and is quiet. Took a few days to get my stride on it, but now that I have it, I do 20 minutes in the morning, and 20 at night. I 'm only doing it as the lowest level on the manual setting but hoping to work up to a more challenging workout in time. But even if I never progress from where I 'm at, it still will be a good workout for this old lady!

I love it! I can get a jogging in without feeling pain in my feet or back! My knee that dislocates feels a little bit sore and loose afterwards, but it ’s the lowest impact while allowing me to go fast and strengthen legs and arms. I usually use it for an hour.

I have had the Asuna 8730G treadmill for a little over a year now. It is working perfectly and has been a very good purchase. Between my wife and I, we walk over 3. 5 miles on it every day! I walk at 3. 7 to 4 MPH and my wife walks 3. 2MPH. All we have to do is lubricate the bed periodically. The compact size of this is very nice in smaller rooms. Love it.

Great compact treadmill! I personally do n't like treadmills with consoles, I do n't like to have something so close to my face while walking/running and I tend to focus too much on the numbers.
