Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. I am 6 foot and 195 pounds, the large was a little tight so I opted for the xxl, xxxl which truthfully is a little too big.
