This jacket is more than I could have hoped for. I operate a snowplow at a ski resort at night during storms clearing parking lots. When I get out of the tractor into what is frequently a howling blizzard, this keeps me warm, sealed and protected. It's loose enough that I can wear layers underneath if it's really cold and the whole thing is lined with nylon so there is no binding at all. The hood and zipper come up to just the right place on my chin to be functional without hindering. And when it's wet snow or rain, it runs right off and I stay dry. Amazingly comfortable. There is nothing about this jacket that I do n't like. Bravo Carhartt!

I love the fit and feel. Very lightweight, which I wanted, as a summer weight jacket. The stretch improves the fit and feel over my other bomber. The only things I would change is; Add the original bomber style shoulder pockets and tool sleeves, maybe even on both sides. A velcro shoulder patches with a cover that matches the jacket fabric to hide the velcro if preferred. Stretch cordura or something cut resistant to protect in the shop against sheet metal edges or on the street for self defence. Hand pocket designed more like the original without the flap. It's a wonderful light- weight fleece. Perfect for fall and spring, or winters in Florida. My husband often gets a large but a medium was perfect for him in this jacket, especially if you think you 'll wear it as an under- layer in very cold weather. It looks really nice on him.

This is a fantastic lightweight and packable rain jacket. Very nicely constructed with sealed seem zippers as. Highly recommend to anyone wanting something light and not at all bulky. I use it a lot on the river fishing for those cooler early mornings to break the wind and obviously it protects from the rain.

I bought this jacket for a February trip to Bandon Dunes. I am 6 feet 2 inches tall and usually have to go up to an XL for non golf jackets but the large fit me perfectly and let me swing freely. It also kept me completely dry in the rain and wind at Bandon.

I love this jacket in every way. Very lightweight but strong and stretchy. I 've worn it for 10+ days backcountry skiing so far in wet snow and rain on 8 hour days, it does n't let any moisture through and moves with your body extremely well. This is a great jacket for any level whether it be an expert or beginner. Just keep in mind it is thin so it could rip easily if out through extreme conditions.
