This boot the sizing has changed slightly they are smaller in the toe box. I went with a half size larger but I probably could have stayed with my regular size 10 and just broke them in. They are to me a light version on the quest boots that are much heavier and clunck than these. I bought the shoes because we own 2 large Golden Doodles who need to go outside or be walked several times a day. Sometimes we run. These shoes have gone thru mud, snow, puddles, and more, and never missed a beat. My feet stayed dry and I just rinsed the shoes upon returning inside and good as new. I normally wear a 7. 5, but sized up to an 8 and the fit is perfect. I really like the extra room in the toebox, so I can wiggle my toes. However, the shoes do tend to run a bit narrow, so just a heads up if you have a wide foot. These are very comfortable. It does feel like you are walking on air. There is n't any harsh shock to the foot when moving in these shoes. The toe box on the men's shoe is better fitting than the women's shoe. This is narrower and fits me much better. Nothing rubs at the arch. I recommend these. The waterproof Gore- Tex is great to keep one's socks and feet totally dry. The only thing I do n't like is the looks of the trim they put on the Pegasus 41 around the toe box. Yet, it does n't affect the shoe itself.

I bought a pair for my wife and 14 year old daughter. Both were a size small. My wife is a 7. 5 and I bought her the 8. My daughter is an 8 and I bought her the 8. Both were too snug. 9 was the right fit. Recommend buying a size bigger than you normally wear.
