This bike seat is really wonderful. It was extremely easy to install. It feels really secure when installed, and comfortable for baby. It has a really wonderful adjuster system that allows for your child to grow and still be secure and comfortable. The feet straps AND the magnetic buckles are especially easy. We purchased a second base, and think this is a great strategy to not be tied to one bicycle if you and your partner have a different size bike! The one constructive feedback is it can be a little bouncy for baby down hill because of its attachment. Acceleration and upwards baby is very stable.

We bought the Yep Nexxt Maxi a couple months ago for my two year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. The construction is solid and the frame mounting provides a good amount of shock absorption. I really like it too. Unlike the front mounted seat we have before, it has no impact on my riding style and does not interfere with stopping and starting when riding in traffic. The harness is great, but you have to make sure you get it tight around the legs before snugging around the shoulders, or the shoulders can become loose as the webbing around the legs tightens. The foot holders are fantastic. They hold tight during the ride and prevent errant kicking and are east to secure and remove.

Riding with my son on the back is as good as can be expected, though standing up from the saddle to get up a hill is not something I can recommend as the seat whips as the bike rocks back and forth.

I struggled to find a child seat option that would work for me. I tested a trailer once and was not a fan, and it wasn ’ t practical for getting around town. One reason I struggled to find a seat that would work is I have a gravel bike, which the geometry made it tricky to find any option that would work. the R92 is a solid built machine previously I had a proform that broke whenever I rode the proform it would constantly move side to side plus the seat was uncomforatable and a few other things th R92 does n't move the seat is comforatable the backrest leans slightly back the programs are good the resistance levels are good I paid extra for the inside delivery and that was well worth it I had them take it upstairs they had it assembled and ready to use in 30 minutes. Love this bike seat. My son has so much fun going for rides. It's solid and easy to install. Though because I have a mountain bike, I had to modify it a bit to fit, but it was n't hard at all. A few reviews here say it does n't fit, but all you have to do is take the housing off of the front part of the bracket. Once you 've done that, it fits perfectly to any style of bike. It of course does change the normal riding feel and your turning radius is lower, but this is n't supposed to be able to handle what you would normally do on your maintain bike. I 've added a picture of the bracket on the bike for reference. The metal part of the front of the bracket pops right out with a flat head screw driver and you 're good to go.

I bought this seat after much research for my very first grandson. The seat fits his body perfectly. It goes on and off the bike in under 10 seconds. It gives the parents added security of having their arms wrapped around the baby. The harness is childproof, and almost adult proof. My grandson smiled immediately upon being placed in the seat. Having the option of buying a second mounting kit made it easy to switch between my son and daughter- in- law ‘s bike. I don ’ t believe they had these when my son was a baby. Padding on handhold is not very durable—a teether chewed through quickly. We mounted a toy there for him. I 've got a large Salsa Timberjack, after measuring the stem was PRAYING that his beautiful little seat would fit my bike, low and behold IT DOES. Let me just check off the other questions/fears I had before purchasing: Will I need to adjust my knees around the seat while pedalling?- I 'm 6' 0 ''( 183cm) tall, NO issues with my knees. Will the stems from HER handlebars conflict with the front fork of my bike?- NO, but juuuuust barely. I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

I have only used it for 5 days and the left side peddle has developed an annoying clicking sound from inside the bike main body. This is very noticeable at resistance settings 1 and 2. As I increase the resistance setting the sound seems to diminish. When I peddle backwards and then resume forward the clicking is gone for about a dozen rotations then returns. I ’ m 70 years old so I use the lower residence setting ’s more often. I use my head phones, crank up the music and tada…… no clicking sound I just feel a slight vibration when the peddle passes the specific rotation point. Easy to put together no real problem. Solid build, except for the clicking sound.

The only note which is not a major concern in my area is that I ’ m not sure of a good way to lock these seats to the bike. If you ’ re concerned about theft it may be worth looking into seats that lock because of how easily these seats can be removed. Other than that, I ’ m not aware of how the seats could be any better!

I bought this bike at the local store in August. Previously I had a basic Sunny spin bike and I wanted to get more motivation, as well as stats. I read reviews for all of the connected spin bikes and this one seemed to fit my needs. The biggest negative reviews were on the connectivity, sometimes cutting out. When I first got it, I did have some issues with that, but after about 2 updates, I did n't have to think or worry about it connecting and having to reboot or unplug it. There is a huge list of rides and instructors to pick from, I 've found the ones I like. There are rides from 15- 75 minutes, with instructors and scenic. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. Great quality and reliability. Assembly was easy. 90 percent of the bike already comes pre- assembled right out the box. The bike has adjustable resistance for any level user. Also, the bike is very sturdy with the 40lb fly wheel.
