I absolutely love the Guide 18s! I am training for a half marathon, typically run 30- 40 miles a week. The past few months, I 've gone through several other shoes, had lots of trouble with blisters. Love these shoes. I 'm so grateful to have found a jogging/working out/living shoe for the winter that keeps my toes warm and dry. I went up half a size like the other reviews suggested and they fit great. What I love most about these and my other Adrenalines is how long the soles last. I wear these ten to twelve miles a day most days of the week and it was a solid ten months before my first pair wore down. My Nike's never last more than three months and even my Hoka's are toast after four or five months. The staying power of these alone makes them worth it. My one suggestion? The winter is drab enough- let's hit these with the neon stick! I want some bright green/yellow/orange/aqua for the grey days- all the way from the soles to the laces.

These are the best trainers I have ever had. They are supportive and comfortable. I spent years wearing orthotic insoles due to knee and back pain but didnt need them in these trainers. I now have several pairs of these. I am able to run 5k in these without knee pain. I wear them for every day things too so I basically live in them. I have persuaded my mother to try them and she absolutely loves them. She is 74 years old with much worse joint problems than me but she has noticed a significant improvement wearing these trainers. This is a great style with nice color choices, but it's narrower than the Plus 3. There's less room across the toes and less vertical room at the toe area-- and I ordered the Wide width. The rest of the shoe would 've been fine, good cushy feeling like the Plus 3, but just a bit firmer.

[ I recently bought a pair of Danner Hiking boots and liked them so much I wanted this brand in a shoe. They are comfortable, cool looking( I bought the red) and work great as a sneaker or trail shoe. I usually wear a perfect European size 41 and the size 10 fits accordingly.

[ These are great hiking shoes by Danner. Good arch support and lots of room in the toe area. I walk 25 miles a week in the hills on pavement. I 've had issues with my feet in the past, but not in these shoes. My feet feel great after wearing all day. I love them so much, I bought another pair. I wear an 8. 5 in a shoe, but wear a 9 in these shoes as with most athletic shoes.

[ Some reviewers mentioned these fit snuggly, so I was cautious because I do have quite wide feet. I 'm glad I took the risk because though I do find it helps to make use of a shoe horn to ease putting them on, with thin running socks they fit just right! Snug but not too tight. I have arthritic knees, and these have the perfect combination of cushion and stability for walking on a variety of terrain, from light hiking trails to gravel to sidewalk. I had wished for different color options, but when they arrived I found the salmon color quite striking, so I 'm quite pleased with that in the end too.

[ Having spent many dollars on shoes to use for short to moderate hikes I am thrilled to have discovered the Danner brand and this particular shoe. I tried other brands, Merrell, Keen, Columbia, and all either hurt or gave me blisters so I continued to go back to a comfortable pair of 10 yr old Skechers which had many miles on them. The Danner Women's Trail 2650 shoes are perfect right out of the box, so comfortable, no break in needed, and I will be ordering the waterproof version as well.
