Surprisingly good running shoe. I ’ ve seen the Noosa Tri around for many years, always wild colors and patterns, always eye catching. I was always happy with whatever I was running in at the time and always thought…maybe next time. Well, next time finally came and I decided to give the Noosa Tri 16 a shot. Let ’s start with the fit…they ’ re a little on the snug side, I wear an 11 in everything and usually that works out just fine. The Noosa 16 fit more like a 10& 3/4 than an 11. Nonetheless they ’ ve become my brick workout shoes with no socks and I ’ m really happy with them in that capacity. These shoes excel at every distance I ’ ve tried them at from a short speed workout to a 13- 14mi easy pace day. They feel great for my midfoot strike, roll off the toe really nicely and the foam is amazingly smooth, soft, bouncy and comfortable. The upper breathes well and like I mentioned, 80% of my miles in these are barefoot and the liner of the shoe is soft, smooth and very comfortable.

I really needed a wider shoe and the Kayano comes in wide and really has the heel support that I need due to my pronation which has caused frequent knee and calf pain. At first I had some minor heel slip in the back, but I adjusted the laces and purchased high- end performance socks which remedied the issue enough to forget about it. In a world of brands chasing to be like the next HOKA or medial posting is a dirty word, the GT 4000 stands a defiant example of classic support for my flat feet and the cushion is great for my plantar Fasciitis. I also appreciate that the shoe has a higher more old school heel drop for my Achilles tendinitis. Most shoes these days by other brands are having the posting removed or the heel drop lowered and those tend to hurt my arches, heels, knees and shins where the GT 4000 does not and it offers me relief. It fits well enough to accommodate my inserts as well. My only wish is that they make the toe box just a “ hint ” wider. Other than that this is the perfect shoe for me…. leave it alone and do not update it. Just keep coming out with new colors in wide please! Would love a GREY midsole option in wide.

Actually bought these for walking, they have a nice bounce to them and hug my feet better than other Asics I have( Trabuco 12), I have lower volume feet and have troubles finding a shoe my feet do not float in. I also bought the all black so they can be used for more casual wear and not look too crazy.

I usually wear a gel cumulus and have gone through a few pairs. For some reason, I always seem to get a hole on my big toe for the few cumulus shoes I have owned. I used them for running. And no, the shoes were not tight. When I reached out to Asics, they did not uphold the warranty. In any case, I watched a utube review saying that the gel excite were similar to the cumulus. The proce was also cheaper so I thought I 'd try them. They have held up so far( about a month). I run 3- 7 miles every day and it has been okay so far. I

I usually wear a women ’s size 10, but I went with a men ’s size 9 and right out of the box there was no breaking them in or anything- they fit like they should and supported my feet.

I 'm about 5 runs into this shoe at about 3 mi each run. I was looking for my usual GT- 2000 trail but, seems even Asics site does not have them so I took a chance on these. I 'm glad I did. They are very comfortable and have good traction on pavement and along the prairie path tiny gravel. I have worn a size 9 in GT- 1000, GT- 2000, and Gel Venture. My usual size fit perfectly with these. Did not have to upsize. Hope this helps.

Super comfortable trail shoe. Had a previous version and still wear them even though they are wearing out. Love the orange color. The sole is great for pavement or trail. I ’ m no longer running due to a back injury and 2 bionic hips. But I use them as every day shoes due to a longer lasting sole and a more comfortable fit than a street running shoe.

Full of cushion and bounce. I wear these for my long 12 hr shifts and have never had any sort of aches or pains so far. I couldn ’ t be more happy. The only down side is my size 12 shoes look like 15 ’s just based off the bulky look of them. If you can get over the bulkiness factor then you won ’ t regret these.

This is my favorite running shoe ever. Good cushion, lightweight, and also responsive. You can do long runs and speed work since the thickness of the sole gives the shoe some rigidity. I got 320 miles out of my first pair but I supinate so I put a lot of wear in one area of the sole. If you ’ re a neutral runner you can definitely get 400 miles on theses shoes.

I ’ m a 5 ’ 10 ”, 170lbs, 54 year old male with a marathon PR of 3: 15 and have been running marathons for 14 years. Ran my 20th marathon two weeks ago and nearly set a new PR! I bought the Metaspeed Sky a couple months out from my race and put roughly 40 miles on the shoes at race pace during training. Was really skeptical at first because the soles r so plush, but running, they r very responsive. Super light and almost feel unstable standing in them. However, running for me, at 7- 7: 30 min/mile pace, they were fantastic. After setting a PR 7 years ago, I nearly PR ’ d again with these shoes. I was less than 30 seconds shy. Fit for me was good. Snug in the heel and mid foot, just enough room in the toes. Looking forward to racing in these again.

Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). And they are super light; they feel much lighter than my other pairs( above). Looks like I ’ ll be using these for speed work. Kudos again Nike!
