Our family has several stoves ranging in size for backpacking and kayaking to car camping to portable cooking for large crowds. This single burner is great by itself or in combo with a two burner or another single burner for weekend camping. You save the room on your picnic table and the power of this stove boils water in a jiffy for coffee and cooks up breakfast for six in a jiffy using the single burner griddle( sold separately) on medium low heat. We very rarely use our table top stoves anymore- the quality at 30k BTU output more than makes up for the added bulk if you have room. Get yourself a two burner with griddle and bbq box and save this one for pans and coffee making on an open flame so you do n't have to swap out accessories. You 'll be able to cook for the entire camp! We have a dedicated 5lb tank for this and it will last a week with regular cooking. I do n't give out five stars easily- this unit earns every single one.

Great Stove. I own three total, but this one is our elk camp stove. We use it 3 weeks per year and it's buried in a stash on our property the rest of the year. It's been up there for 18 years and fires up every time we pull it out. We also have the two burner and three burner griddle that have lasted since our very first three burner stove over 20 years ago.

We use this all the time, but especially in the summer so that our kitchen does n't get any more heat, thus saving money by lightening our a/c burden. Natural gas conversion made this convenient for our patio. In our second summer and we are using this with gratitude that it is such a great item that puts out BTUs adequate for pizza and wok cooking.

I have a 14 '' 2- Burner and use on few fishing trips each year, last year we added the griddle and we are doing more that just frying fish. I 'm not sure if we talk more about all the fish we catch or the meals made on the Camp Chef. Our last trip we had a traditional fish fry, fish boil, and blackened on the griddle. Looking forward to our next trip.

Pro 14 two burner cooktop Went to our inaugural Halloween bike ride and one of the guys pulled out a older version of the Pro 14 two burner cooktop and griddle. I could n't believe how easily it setup, cleaned up and made a ton of food for every that came that day. It worked so well that my wife and I ordered one immediately to use on our own trips, gatherings and just some Sunday morning cookout fun. We also purchased the two burner griddle and griddle carrying bags for both the stove and griddle, so nice to keep everything neat and sorted. I 've only used it a couple of times so far but one thing i really noticed was how nice the burner control is, you can turn it down all the way and not worry about the burner flaming out. My only complaint which is minor is that the flip out red lid covers do n't sit completely flat like my friends did. Perhaps they will wear in with a bit more use.

Since we bought this for memorial day and didn ’ t get a chance to use it all summer I was starting to have buyers remorse. But after using it one long weekend I ’ m in love. We bought the griddle and the grill accessories. One of my favorite things is that which ever one I ’ m not using acts is a warmer as I continue cooking other food. I literally planned an entire three day weekend of cooking around my new camp chef cooking system even though we have a camper with a stove and oven. I wasn ’ t sure I needed the pro with the flip out shelves but now I can ’ t imagine not having them. Worth every penny.

It is solidly construction and the high btu output means you can make a pot of coffee or cook your burgers in no time flat, even at high altitude. This stove is pretty easy to use and has a straight forward design. It ’s functioned well in both hot and cold weather for me multiple times. I don ’ t know if it is any more effective than a pocket rocket for most people. But if you are boiling larger pots of water for a whole group the extra support of the legs really help keep things stable. All in all I would recommend this stove it might not be the lightest but works like a charm!

Recently did a trip with some buddies in the White Mountains. We summited North and South Twin, Zealand, and Hale. It was late December so temperatures were around 20F. After letting the stove heat up for about a minute, I flipped the canister upside down to put it in four season mode. I do n't remember how long it took to boil my water but our elevation was about 4600' and it did n't feel very long. The stove was even so compact that I fit it into my 1L pot, along with a small rag and my zippo. I 've only used it in the field a handful of times but the thing seems bombproof. I even spilled a bunch of water on it and after lighting it again, it only took a few seconds to clear the water and work normally again. Definitely recommend!

[ Bought this for a boundary waters trip and for backpacking with multiple people. Wanted something bigger than my pocket rocket. The low stance and hose really help with stability. My 1L msr pot fits well on it. Probably could fit a 250 g canister and this burner in the pot( have not tried). Nice feature of being able to flip the canister with the built in tripod. Only feature I miss is an ignition.

In my opinion this is the best Coleman Stove. The clicking igniter is more durable than the push button type and it does n't move the whole stove when trying to lite- up. The wind deflectors are simple and perform as advertised, the grate is durable and provides adequate support. I expect to have 50 year life with this stove in which it will outlast me. [ I received this King Kooker Jambalaya Pot Package in exchange for my honest review. I couldn ’ t be happier with this cast iron cooker. I could tell it was a serious cooking system even before I opened the box; it was so heavy. Assembly was easy. The instructions were clear, and everything came together quickly. The cast iron pot is solid, which is great for even heat distribution and durability. The pot ’s stand is stable, even in my grassy yard. Connecting a gas tank was effortless. Once assembled, the whole unit was sturdy and well- built. It will definitely last through many outdoor cookouts and will serve many people. I highly recommend this system for anyone who enjoys cooking outdoors. It ’s a great value and of excellent quality!

snugarbear_892
[ This actually comes double boxed which I really like because it protects the product. It is very heavy because of the pot being cast iron. The pot is a 5 gallon cast iron with feet and it's pre- seasoned which is awesome. It also has an aluminum lid to cover the pot. The frame of the pot you bought together so it's provides extra sturdiness for the cooker. It's heated by using a propane tank. This is awesome for tailgating or for camping because even though it's called the jambalaya pot you can virtually cook tons of stuff in this like chili or soups or do a fish fry. The only thing it says you can not use it for is to fry a whole turkey which is understandable because it's only 5 gallon. If you love camping or tailgating or just like to have a pot instead of a grill this is awesome to have. For my large family we do a lot of Chili's and gumbos and soups so this is going to really be great on our next camping trip in a couple of weeks

[ This grill is the best thing we 've ever owned. I love that it has a propane tank holder, it holds it very steadily. The way that it folds out to be almost double the size so you have room to set things down, it's like an outdoor kitchen! The grease trap has been a cleaning life saver. We also cooked pancakes on it and they were SO good. Also being able to just cook all of the pancakes at one time made for such an easy breakfast! I love that you can adjust the burners to cook multiple things, or not waste propane if you only need half the grill on. It's the best.

[ This griddle was super simple to setup, but I do wish there was some kind of direction on what to do when you first open it especially how to coat it and make it non- stick. I also would have appreciated some sort of fun little recipe guide to get going. At first, the only thing I could think to make was pancakes... but after scouring the internet for some, we have used this for so many things. One thing I would fix though is the spot that you put the grease/mess into. Mine seems like it is a little on the crooked side, but everything looks even when you have it removed from the griddle.

Took a minute to figure out for the first use, but it ’s great. I had a Coleman 2 burner previously, and this is a great stove that takes up half the space.

I have an overland sprinter van so this is nice when I want to cook with fire outside instead of the induction cooktop in the van. Everything store quick and easy in its own carrying case. The little propane bottles last quite a long time when using this. Not a huge fan of the lid for the pan but also don ’ t really use it at all for it to be an issue. Great little stove.

[ I recently purchased this product to carry in my pickup as a basecamp. It is compact and the ease of use is amazing. I greatly appreciate the ability to control the flame from quick boil to simmer. My old trustworthy cast iron pan works well with the ability to regulate the heat. Its pricey but you get what you pay for and I 'm looking forward to years of use and convenience. Ps my buddies are equally impressed.

[ As the title says, this little griddle is great for taking camping! It was easy to set up and the instructions were very clear. I love that you have the option of using a large tank or a small one, which makes its portability much more versatile.

[ I am in love with this griddle. It is very similar to the blackstone one but much cheaper and it works just as good. It grills all the food amazing and you can make so much stuff on this. I love making fried rice on this griddle top. It ’s also so compact so it doesn ’ t take up much space when you are done with this.

I actually enjoy using this as a big portion cooker to meal- rep, which comes in very handy. This griddle is great quality and our actually able to heat up stuff very hot. So far, we love our Ooni pizza oven. Simple to setup with my gas line connection. No additional hardware needed. I assembled a stainless steel cart, unpacked the oven, unfolded the legs, snap connected the gas line, and, voila, toasty hot pizza oven. We need to fine tune the timing of the pizza cook, but that will come with experience.

I ’ m someone loved this thing. It is so compact and easy to bring around everywhere we want to go and make pizza. Love the tight chamber which helps keep a lot of heat inside the cavity. Can ’ t wait to to make pizza again already.

We love this oven. The kids enjoy making their own pizzas and watching them cook. Very solid and well built. We paired it with the medium cart which built very well.

I bought the oven for my husband who has wanted one forever! We had our kids/grandkids over as our guinea pigs to try my homemade crust and his new pizza cooking skills. The oven cooks amazingly fast and they all came out perfect! Definitely recommend if you want a great pizza oven!

Awesome. I use this on every backpacking trip. It is definitely big, but if you 're cooking for multiple people having the space is well worth it. I will use the cup to mix up food and stuff in( some people are more purists and only ever allow water in their jetboil) but using it to actually mix stuff up means you do n't have to pack extra pots and pans which is a big plus. And it is big enough to stick your fuel cans and stove and utensils, etc. inside. And having the measuring markers makes it even more useful too. Great workhorse.

Great product, does exactly what it says on the tin. Used for a weekend trek.

The Jetboil Sumo is an excellent choice for backpackers and campers who prioritize speed, fuel efficiency, and convenience when cooking for small groups. While it ’s bulkier than Jetboil ’s smaller models, its large capacity and reliable performance make it worth considering for those who need to cook more than just a solo meal. If your primary need is boiling water for dehydrated meals, coffee, or tea, the Sumo is a solid investment.

I Love this case! A friend had when we were camping and I knew I needed one. It does an excellent job protecting my Coleman lantern. The bottom of it even has a spot that the propane tank adapter fits directly onto so my lantern won ’ t tip over when I open the case. Great product.

The grill is just the right size when cooking for two. I like the two burners. What ’s different is the need for water to use the grill. I didn ’ t experience any flare ups while cooking, however getting rid of the water is a pain when you ’ re at a campground since it has grease in it.

Really like how compact this cook system is. I use it for 3 people backpacking. I ’ m not a fanatic about weight, but as I get older I definitely appreciate how lightweight this is. I like how is fits what I need all in a small container.

I purchased this item, with the french press attachment, to take on primitive camp outings with the boy scouts. This worked perfect for what I purchased it for, which was the ability to have hot coffee in the mornings. Also took it on day backpacking trips to have a hot lunch. This item would be good for any beginner looking for a stove/pot lightweight combo.

I bought two of these stash. Cook sets one for myself and one for my sister. My sister had experienced a really bad storm in DFW without power so I sent her one of these so she could make lentils and rice. It came in clutch! The second use case I have for it is… I feed my dog, the honest kitchen brand food, which is basically freeze dried human grade, but in powder form. You basically mix it up with hot water and make a nice thick porridge. I keep one in my truck so that I could quickly heat up or barely warm up the water to make a hot meal for my coco pup basically anywhere we are! Plug: i also own the 3 other JetBoils. The Genesis full system, micro mo and mini mo. Took the mini mo to Banff and made the Food- for- sole brand meals. It was amazing to have it take care of 6 people using it taking turns. We had our food and a gallon of water. Spent the entire day at lake lousie and kept everyone nourished. They all have a place in our camp setup.
