This cooler has the evil out to dispense margaritas at the beach, has the fat wheels so it works on sand, a spout so I don ’ t have to disrupt my packing to get drinks out, I don ’ t have to open the cooler to get drinks out- keeping ice frozen LONGER, it has a bottle opener and a handle appropriate for pulling the cooler. It ’s also not as heavy as some brands, I can lift it to get it out of my truck when it ’s about half full by myself. The only way to make it better would be to collaborate with JBL and install a Bluetooth, waterproof speaker in it! I chose Ocean Blue and it ’s gorgeous! We bought the Yeti 65 as a family of 4 for weekend camping trips. It ’s great for storing frozen/refrigerated goods. Shortly after we bought it, we had tornados come through and knocked power out for a little over 24 hours. We immediately threw our freezer foods in the cooler without pre- cooling first. I was shocked that all of our frozen foods were still very much frozen after 24 hours without having the cooler down to temp. 10/10 recommend.

This is our first Yeti cooler and we 're very happy with how it performed this past weekend. Here in the AZ desert highs were in the 90's with plenty of sunshine. It was easy to pack. The contents and the 2 bags of ice stayed cold from 3am Friday morning through Saturday night. We were in and out of the cooler pulling ice for drinks. As expected, the ice melted but the water was still quite cold to the touch Sunday morning. Our first camping trip this spring for 5 days. The label says 6 days. Temps were high in low 70's, lows in the 40's. And we came home with ice. Great job. I froze about 15 pounds of meat in ziplocks, and placed in plastic cereal boxed shaped containers. and put two gallons of frozen ice jugs. With about 24 cans and condiments. We came home with a golf ball sized ice cube in the gallon jugs, and cold meat! One more gallon of ice and it would have made 6 days, no doubt. [ This is the back daddy of coolers. It ’s got so much room and we used it for a Super Bowl party and it held a great variety of beverages and they stayed cold. We also used the food drawer to store extra food items which we forgot about. I can say that the next day the cooler still had ice and the forgotten about food was still cold. I will say it a heavy cooler empty so full it ’s not easily lifted. It has wheels so it ’s easy to transport and the handle is metal this will make a great addition to our deck and summer boating. The 125 is a beast!! I bought this cooler to transport meat. I freeze my fish caught on the Oregon coast and safely transport back home when the trip is over. 1 chunk of dry ice and you are good for several days travel no problem!
