Brooks is the only brand of shoe I have found that will fit my wide feet, as I have to wear the 4E( extra wide) in size 11 to minimize blisters forming on the outside of my feet. Have 2 pair of Addiction GT5s and 1 pair of the Ghost 15 shoe. It ’s all I wear aside from some flip- flops in summer.

My go to every day shoe. They are super versatile and comfy. I wear these to work with jeans, skirts, athleisure style slacks- they go with everything. I personally love the chunky look of them and the white leather makes them more fashion- forward and versatile. I wore them everyday straight for a week in Europe and had no reason to switch to my other shoes. They wipe clean easily too. These are not my favorite Brooks shoes for running, but definitely my favorite for daily wear comfort and style. Stiffer at first then other ghost max but they loosen a bit with wear. The leather is also less breathable than other materials, but worth it to me.

GHOST Series seems to be best for me. Fit and Finish are most important for my feet. Especially like the extra cushioning provided in these shoes. Probably the only shoes I own that need little if any break in time. Thank you for the GHOST.

I purchase the Brook shoes because I have severe arthritis in my feet. I tried a pair of Brook shoes on at a local store and felt that they were very comfortable. I went on line and purchased the leather Ghost Max L because the store didn ’ t have any leather shoes in stock. Once the shoes arrived I put them on and tried them out for the first time. I LOVE them. I have been wearing them everyday since I received them. I will be buying Brooks from now on. My feet don ’ t hurt me any more.

While they don ’ t have many color options, these babies are the best I could personally find at Dick ’s. They ’ re extremely comfortable and cushiony. They have the most support and bounce I tried on literally every pair of sneaker they had and the runner up was also a brooks. I ’ m a flip flop all year long kinda gal- so this was hard for me! I haven ’ t worn sneakers in yeeeears. I went with a wide option to give me a little more room to feel free. These are a little pricey but seriously… BUY THEM!!!

I like them a lot more than my Hoka Clifton 9 and my Nike Pegasus 40 sneakers—they ’ re great, but I feel a lot lighter and more stable with Brooks. I almost fell down while running across a busy city intersection once, and the Ghost Max 2 helped me maintain my balance with its stability features. The cushion technology also helps ease the impact on my shins and my knees. The Ghost Max 2 are my tried& trues, my ride or die pair that made me enjoy running in Brooks, so much so that I eventually got the Glycerin 22 to add to might running rotation as well. I always like to size up a half size bigger so that I have plenty of room for my toes( I wear a 6. 5 in running shoes). Highly recommend if you ’ re looking for cushioned stability in your training shoes for outdoor running!

I 've stuck with Brooks Ghosts for a decade now. I 've just built up to my first marathon and decided to try out the Ghost Max 2 for race day. I stuck with Ghost 16 for my recovery runs and some of the longer runs. The difference in bounce for the Ghost Max 2 is noticeable from the first run. They are super comfy and I still have all my nails left!

Love the look and fit. I 've worn this shoe style for 22 years. Have tried other brands and other styles of Brooks without success. It is a great shoe fit for high arches, and need for wide width. It would be fun to have more color choices.

I ’ m a long time Ghost wearer. Love them so much however, I now wear Ariel ’s for a pretty niche reason. I ’ m a new below the knee amputee. The Ariel ’s were recommended as stability is needed to help my prosthetic foot from supinating. These shoes have made all the difference in the world! I still buy Ghosts for the fun colors and will continue to buy Ariel ’s for the practical reasons.

Learn from my mistake and heed everyone ’s advice to order a half size up from your normal Brooks size and avoid the return& reordering process- so so so comfy for walking but definitely run a little smaller than other styles.

I have been wearing Brooks shoes for about 20 years and have tried several different models. The Addictions Walkers were the best for my job, police officer. However, it took me a while to find the right model for everyday use, after work. I have hip and lower back issues. The Walkers were not good for long period wear. The Adrenalines, Glycerins, Ghosts, Beasts and Addiction GTS are all mostly for running and wore down my hips and back. When the Ghost Max SE came out, I tried them on and the difference was amazing. I walk with my wife on a track that, with the other shoes, I could only make it once around because of the hip and back pain. I now make it around three times with very little discomfort. I bought my current pair the end of January and intend to buy another before we go on vacation in Florida the end of August. They are not only great for comfort, but also stylish enough for casual dress. Thank you, Brooks for developing these great shoes. The customers who got them as a complimentary sample are very fortunate.
