I 've been using slime for years and I absolutely love that these tubes heal themselves when they get a puncture. Although, after removing a larger object, I 've noticed that it helps to rotate the wheel— flip your bike upside down and spin the wheel a few times to fill the hole. They add a bit of weight to the tires, but they are definitely worth it - especially if you live in a desert. First weekend I had them installed, I accidentally ran over a piece of jumping cholla cactus. Fortunately I was able to pull the thorns out of the tire and keep on moving without losing air.

It was everything I expected. I recommend reading the instructions if it is the first time you are replacing a tube. It makes the process a lot faster. Ride the bike on a regular basis now, so I am happy. For the price I decided to get the better slime filled tube so I hopefully dont have to replace the tube anytime soon.
