These are my new go to shoes. I had a pair of croc stride lites that were falling apart after a few years of everyday use. Unfortunately, that style was discontinued and their other stride lites just do n't have the same footbed at all, so I was searching for a new casual shoe to wear every day and on trips. I can tell you that after a few different styles, I have found it. This shoe is wide enough for my feet to swell a little bit, after walking several miles, and has a very mild arch, which is perfect for my flat feet. I love every pair of Allbirds I have( 5 I think!). I got these for walking and am normally a pretty basic colors sort of person. Allbirds are bringing me out of my shell. While they look like they lace, they are actually slip on shoes and the laces are for looks. I like that. I went up 1/2 size because my other Allbirds are pretty snug across the top of my high instep when I wear even the lightest socks. All others I have bought my usual 6 1/2 M and I am happy to wear them all day every day without socks. The insole is comfortable enough and the slip ons are like wearing gloves. They offer perfect support for my high arch and my feet do n't get tired after a whole day of wearing them. I also love the ability to take out the insoles and wash them when the white soles get dirty. I 'm definitely an Allbirds fanatic at this point.

I was born with a club foot and had 2 reconstructive surgeries as an infant. I have always been extremely athletic and focus on strength and mobility training as I 've gotten older. This shoe is my only workout model and this version is the best since the 21s. Good arch support is difficult to find without custom orthotics. If you have flat feet, this is not the shoe for you. It does state in the description the level of arch support. This shoe is extremely stable and the additional cushion in this version make for less fatigue in the ankles and legs. The wider toe box is great for people who have wider than average feet but I did not have to size up as my usual size 6. 5 is still perfect. The 23's were a bust for me but I ca n't say enough positive things about Adrenaline GTS 24s!

Healthcare girlies!!! These are my every shift essentials. I have tried many brands and have had issues with my feet or shins hurting during shift or after, I have wider feet and getting a good fit was challenging with other brands. I have been wearing Calderas for my running/walking for about 7 years. I go five miles a day six days a week on gravel roads. These shoes hold up well and are so comfortable. I originally purchased the Ghost Max shoes( the blue/yellow Damon Brown special edition) to be my primary walking shoes this fall as I prepared for a week- long tour in southern Germany. After walking a couple of miles a day in them at home on regular pavement/sidewalks, I made a last- minute call to take them with me as my primary walking shoes for the trip. I walked around 5 miles every day on old, uneven cobblestone streets, bricks, stonework, etc., and never once felt unstable or off balance. Paired with merino wool socks, my feet never got cold despite the 3- 10C/30- 40F degree, rainy and windy weather. And though my fifty- something- year- old hips and knees may have hurt at the end of the day from all the walking/climbing, my feet never did! Perfect touring shoes! I did replace the regular shoes laces with elastic laces( with a slider for adjusting) to make them easy off/on at the airport, and those worked well for all the walking, too.
