I wanted a nice backpack for PB( it was my son's gift) but when searching, most of them were either too big or too small for me. I need to carry a big bottle of water( sometimes 2) since I dehydrate fast, this bag's pouches for bottles are big enough, not like others. The fact that it can be used as a backpack or crossbody was a plus. It has compartments for everything( the description does n't mention it also comes with a shoe bag not attached to the bag, though it's shown in the pictures). The quality looks nice and decent and has a fence hook which I do need. [ This is a very well made duffel. I love the colors, and it appears to be durable which I like. However the opening on the top is shaped in a way that it does n't stay open on its own. It does n't fold over nicely, instead every time you reach inside you have to use two hands, one hand to keep the top open and the other hand to get what you want.
