Thank you Peloton, on December 10, 2024, I was 314 pounds. Today march 24, 2025, I am 220 pounds. 94 pounds lost. I bought my bike, and the peloton instructors, are amazing. I started with a 5 minute ride, did a ton of stretching, now I went 99 days with a workout everyday. I am 56 years old. I completed all of Matt ’s 120, 90, working on 75, lots of 60 minutes rides, lifted weights, walked, all with my peloton app. I can ’ t think all of Peloton for helping me. I love this bike. I never thought that I would enjoy it so much but it ’s been almost 6 years now and everyday there seems to be something new to discover. I picked up Peloton in the early fall of 2019 and of course it carried me through the pandemic but since then the depth of interesting classes and various workouts have kept me going. I still have my original bike, been doing my best to keep it in good shape and for the most part the flywheel still spins like new, the pedals still hold great and nothing has shaken off:) I ’ ve been through a few pairs of shoes and aside from being stiff when new, I love ’ em. So far seems like a good bike for the price if you do n't need bells and whistles. Managed to assemble it myself within a couple hours. The highest resistance is n't as strong as on a more expensive machine, but I feel it enough when I 'm pedaling. It does wobble slightly when in use, and after a few sessions I have started to hear a clicking noise in the wheel, but neither has presented a problem in using the bike so far.

Everything about the bike is phenomenal. I had the first version many years ago and the improvements to the bike+ are excellent!! I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Do n't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I 'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

I used to own the original Peloton Bike, but I gave it to a dear friend whose husband is battling cancer, and at the time, I also needed to make space after deciding to adopt a second child. Still, I always felt like something was missing. I missed the movement, the motivation, and most of all — Kendall and her powerful mental health rides. So many miles, so much sweat, and more than a few healing tears were shed on that bike. Eventually, I decided to reclaim a little joy for myself and repurpose our underused kitchen nook( we have a dining room we use more anyway). We recently purchased a second home( 1k miles apart) and I could not be without a bike. We are dedicated Power Zone riders and hate to miss even one week of training. Love that the screen rotates and is nice and big. Speakers work very well! I really like the automatic resistance knob. I tried the bike bootcamp for the first time this week and loved it. I really like being able to do strength and cycling at the same time. My two fav instructors are Ally Love and Cody Rigsby. I can rely on them to give me a great workout and also give me some tough love and great words of wisdom, without taking themselves too seriously. I hadn ’ t worked out for months before getting a peloton and I ’ m feeling myself already being incredibly motivated to exercise. I can feel my body getting stronger even after 3 days. I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. It connects to my iPad via Bluetooth, which I love because I can track my stats and see detailed feedback during my ride. The info it gives is actually pretty helpful and motivating, especially if you ’ re working on improving your fitness. The seat is super comfy! It ’s got a good range of motion, so whether you ’ re tall or short, you can adjust it to fit just right. I ’ ve had no issues riding for extended periods, and the seat feels supportive without being too hard or too soft. The resistance feels smooth when adjusting, though I ’ ll admit the lowest level is a little tougher than I expected. It ’s still manageable, but if you ’ re a total beginner, you might feel it right away. One small thing I noticed is that the pedals feel a bit wider than what I ’ m used to on a regular road bike. Putting it together required being focused, but it was fairly easy. Once together, it is doing exactly what we bought it to do: getting adequate, easily done exercise for two older folks. I ’ ve got four 45- minute segments and it doesn ’ t give me the same accomplishment from walking outdoors in that same time without turning the resistance past 8 on the 14- levels dial, but I don ’ t miss my outdoor exercise when it ’s 22 degrees and 17 mph wind gusts make walking undoable. Quality of the bike manufacturing is very good. Seat is comfortable and the pedals are easy to secure your foot( adjustable). Pedaling is quiet and the distance from seat to pedal is variable by adjusting the seat height and should satisfy most riders. We did n't want to spend a fortune on a recumbent bike. We did n't need all the bells and whistles but we wanted the basics. This bike is it! It gets used daily for a minimum of an hour. [ Assembly- went together in leas than an hour once I got it all unboxed. Make sure that you assemble this where it is going to be used. It weighs quite a bit. This is great for stability, but not very mobile. Function- very sturdy and easy to adjust for size and resistance. There is a noticable difference in each step from 1 to 8. I also like the fact that the arm and legs can( and should) be worked separately. You can pinpoint the proper resistance level for each. Extras- The screen is functional and gives you the basics, but not much more and that is fine for me. I know what I want to do for my work out and dont need to pay for a tour guide. Quality- As I said this is a very sturdy machine and even though I have only been using for about a month I have no doubt that it will last.

I originally purchased this for my mother- in- law to start exercising slowly. I love the stand up feature, because many steppers I found did n't have this option, and I felt it was important for her to progress. Fast forward a month, she's not used it so I decided to take it back, and I 'm so glad I did! I use it every day, rain or shine, because I can. I like exercising outside also, but this gives you an opportunity to get a quick workout in any time. I use it for running mostly. It took a second to get used to the short stride and learn to balance, but now I ca n't imagine being without it.

I got this bike as I am temporarily unable to run due to a neck injury. It was pretty simple to assemble( although some of the instructions were a little hard to decipher). All parts were in the box along with some tools to put it together if you do n't already have your own tools. SO far, I have used it daily and I find the motion is very quiet and smooth. I like the simplicity of the display and, for anyone wondering, you can reset each workout `` session '' by holding down the button and your session distance and time will reset. The bike does have an odometer so it will continue to track your entire distance overall, which I like. There is also a nice feature that the screen will toggle through all the items on the screen if you choose the `` scan '' option on the screen. Or you can just have it set to stay on distance or time so that is a nice feature to have a little flexibility. I also really like the back of the seat since, as mentioned above, I 'm dealing with a neck injury so I can sit back and not worry about needing extra support. The side handles are very nice too for when I sit back and peddle. An excellent bike for anyone looking for something without any extra bells and whistles that does what it should do at a very reasonable price.

[ I received a free Stamina in option E1000 Compact Lower Body Cardio Workout Strider Machine by Spreetail in exchange for my honest review. Upon receiving the machine I noticed how heavy and well made it is. I put it together in under 10 minutes, it was super easy. The photos show people standing on this for use- I would say that is not really going to give you the greatest workout, it would be more to improve balance as the stride is very small. Too small to be effective while standing. As a seated cardio machine it is wonderful. It counts your stride or time which I thought was very cool for making goals. The resistance levels are also large enough to give someone brand new a challenge or a seasoned athlete some cardio. I shared this product with my dad as well who is 75 years old. He has trouble walking or standing for long periods because of hip pain. This gives him a way to exercise safely and without pain. It is pretty easily portable but is a bit heavy. It would be great to have under your work desk to get some movement while sitting for hours! All in all a very well made product.

My thoughts are on the SF: B020026 under desk peddler. 2 years ago I hurt my knee and shoulder badly. I could not walk. I am holistic, I do not visit doctors. First 2 months was ice packs and pain. I researched peddling time and intention settings. First I started at setting 6 for 20 minutes first 2 weeks then split 30 minutes of 10 minutes intervals between 6 and 7 tension settings. Each month. The 6th month I peddled for an hour every other day for a hour. I knew I had nerve damage in my knee I kept my plan. Every passing month I did my bed exercises of leg lifts, scissor kicks and knee bends. 6 months ago I practiced standing my legs were weak. I started exercising every day peddling for a hour at tention 8. Exercising with weights and leg bed exercises. Today I am walking I peddle everyday 10 miles or over do the math. The Sunny peddler never broke down never quit on me. The only thing I changed were the peddles for better traction. I work in 3D modeling and animation. I am 71 I have no pain I take no pain killers. I smile when I look at my machine and my log book noting my milage journey. Sunny is a company offering an amazing product and I thank them.

I really love this I think it ’s great for in home use. I have about 1000 “ steps ” on mine currently and it works well is pretty quiet and I ’ ve had no issues with it. I am able to balance well enough to use it standing which my room mate can not but can use it sitting down. So if you aren ’ t able to balance well you will not be able to use it standing there is another version with handles that would be best. It ’s small and heavy and it ’s easy for hair or dirt to get into the areas so it ’s probably best to keep it away from where your pets might be.

I bought this for spinning to help with a knee injury, and it seems to do the trick. The bike is sturdy and comfortable and light enough to move around easily. It took about half an hour to put it together with very clear instructions. I 'm 5'11 '' and I 'm on the last adjustment hole. Someone taller might have to drill another hole, which might leave very little seat post remaining.

My husband and I are in our early 60's and got on a healthy diet earlier this year but still needed a little more improvement with his diabetes and my cholesterol numbers to keep from adding medications. First, your instructions were the best I 've seen in a long time. I could understand what I was supposed to do to easily put the cross trainer together with a little help from my husband for the few steps where two people were required. I bought this bike in January and I had never done a cycling class or been on a bike so I was hesitant because there were a lot of bikes more expensive than this one. But I have been using it for months and it's awesome, especially for the price. The handlebars and seat are adjustable to fit your height. It is easy to move around so I can wheel it into different rooms and it's not a huge machine so it can be tucked against a wall or easily stored. I live in an apartment on the second floor and this is great because it's quiet( no pounding on the floor like a treadmill.) It does n't have a ton of bells and whistles with built in screens for live classes but I watch free youtube cycling videos on my ipad and rest it on the inner handlebars easily! This bike has made working out fun and every time I finish a ride I am sweating and happy! I highly recommend this bike.

[ The assembly was time- consuming, but the instructions were clear and all of the parts were easily identified. I have used the unit three times now, and it seems to work fine for my needs. I have an ankle injury and need to get some aerobic exercise not involving my legs. The only drawback so far is that the pedal box is very noisy( a squeaky noise) when you first start exercising. The noise abates a bit after some time of using, but it is still there and annoying. That is the reason I have given a 4 rating instead of a 5. Is there any way to lubricate the mechanism in the pedal box?
