This walking pad does not take a lot of space therefore looks good in many rooms in my home. Not big or ugly like some treadmills. My husband put it together under two hours Its amazing quite. and the best part is you do not have to buy the iFIT program to run it. You can run it on just turning it on and speed up an incline up and down of course if you do want the iFIT program that requires a membership, but I did not find that necessary. I bought this a little over a month ago. Was fairly easy to set up. The deck has some cushion, thus for someone that runs outside its taking some getting used to. I 've tried an elevation of 1 and now trying 1. 5 as my knees have started to hurt. Feel this is due my body not being used to running on a tredmill. Its certaily helped as the winter has been brutally cold. Purchased due to motor size and speed that it can push for sprint work. Screen is very nice. Did have 1x where it did not load properly, but may have been due to my internet signal. Wish it had a way to mount a ipad to watch HBO Max. Having Netflix, Spotify, and Amazon Prime Video is a plus. HBO Max would make it perfect.

I am so glad I ordered my Aeropilates reformer. I 've been using it approximately 4 or 5 months and I could never say enough good things about this equipment. I had looked at local classes and they were so expensive for 1 hour classes. I looked online and decided it would be to ny advantage to just buy a reformer. I have been a Physical Therapist for over 40 years so my back is shot but I need to stay in shape and strong for my work in a hospital. I am tired of gyms and the time they take out of my day but my back does not like my standing when using my free weights at home. This Pilates machine has been an answer to prayer: easy to use and as I can lay down for many exercises and sit for some I find it fantastic. It helps to be somewhat agile and have a general knowledge on exercises so I can work all muscle groups at various angles. Unlike rubber bands the resistance seems to remain even throughout the movement. This is my first time using a Pilates machine and again I love it. I am focusing on toning so do 20 reps continuously per exercise. Perhaps I should do a video to demonstrate the great variety of exercise I can do. I do single leg squats for max benefit as I am quite strong and this allows great workout. I can go on but I need to stop. Strongly recommend this machine for home use.

This has been a really nice treadmill. It ’s very large and solid. It does take up a fair amount of space. I like the large screen, and I have enjoyed many of the features included with Ifit. I absolutely love that you can get a much steeper incline than a standard treadmill, which is great if you are training for a hike or need to do, hill runs often. It also includes a decline feature, which I have never had before, and that is very interesting and useful as I train for a triathlon to adapt my body to smaller downhill. The large screen makes it easy to watch a show or just track your progress while you ’ re working out, but it can be a little tricky to figure out the order of operations when trying to change something on the Netflix or Amazon menu the cupholders are not my favorite because they are square. The speed is good in responsive overall, it seems like a good machine that will really help with my training this is an incentivized review

Had this treadmill for a few weeks now and I have really enjoyed the incline and decline feature on the treadmill or all the treadmill seems very sturdy and seems fairly responsive when you turn it on that the belt doesn ’ t slip or lag when you ’ re using it. it ’s got great handles if you need a little extra help while you ’ re climbing a pill and a nice large screen to show your progress or follow along the Ifit trainers the cupholders are square so I did notice my water bottle shuffling around in that space occasionally ending up against the screen and vibrating. The treadmill also has some fans which are really nice for cooling you off while you ’ re running. It says you can connect to heart rate monitor, but I have not tried that feature at this time. Overall, I ’ ve been very happy with this treadmill and feel that it will be very useful as a mother while I am training for a half Iron Man And can ’ t always get out to do my workouts. This is a great treadmill. You pay for quality and I think you get it with this treadmill. My wife and I use this quite a bit and it has made winter exercising so much more pleasant. The user interface is very easy to use, the controls you need quick access to are right on the console in front of you, such as elevation, speed, fan, etc, so you do n't have to use the touch screen. The screen is easy to use and very user friendly. It links up nicely with the training programs through iFIT and keeps up with the changes. It is very heavy, so make sure you have some help when you are putting it together. Overall I am very happy with the treadmill.

This is better than pretty much any treadmill I have used at a gym. I have not reason to go to a gym with this in my home. It is a pricey piece of equipment, but as it is always said, you get what you pay for. This thing does everything I have needed, or wanted it to do. The stand out feature for me has always been the elevation capabilities, not only that it can go down, below 0, but it can go seriously steep. I have n't actually tried to walk on it with is as steep as it will go because it looks very difficult. I use it to train for multiple things, but primarily I want to hike better, and get better in some rugged terrain, and this is more than capable of allowing me to do that training. The treadmill went together easy, it was easy to put together, and easy to use. The screen, and the user interface is very user friendly. I have n't had difficulty getting it to do what I want. It is seriously heavy though. Which when you are using it, definitely adds to the sturdy feel, and you do n't bounce around. I would just caution you to assemble it relatively close to where you want it to live. It would n't be fun to move around all over the place. Overall, we are very happy with this and I see no reason I will need anything different anytime soon. This is an incentivized review.

I bought this to use with the Ethos Power Rack 1. 0 not knowing it was not meant for this rack. All in all it works, but the bar with pin holes is not long enough to fit both pins. Simple fix, pick up some thick cotter pins to use instead of the pins it comes with and it will fit perfectly. Balloon the cotter pin head so it does n't slide through the bar hole and split the two ends and curl them opposite each other. Purchase cotter pins at auto parts store for like$ 5. See photos.

The highest resistance is n't as strong as on a more expensive machine, but I feel it enough when I 'm pedaling. It does wobble slightly when in use, and after a few sessions I have started to hear a clicking noise in the wheel, but neither has presented a problem in using the bike so far.

I purchased this stepper in April 2013. Use it for 1 out of 4 workouts every week( stairmaster, ashtanga yoga, barbells/kettlebells/weights, spinning). It is now 2021 and I still use the same stepper for 45- 50 minutes every week- without fail- almost 8 years later. It ’s not fancy. In fact, it ’s kinda ugly. I love the auto resistance feature, the incredible sound system, bigger screen, updates to the software and the overall aesthetic look of the bike. All the instructors are excellent. Do n't have a favorite, although I tend to gravitate to the women, because I 'm a guy. Lol. I use the bike for cardio vascular fitness and it's very easy to achieve that goal with all the motivating and entertaining classes.

I used to own the original Peloton Bike, but I gave it to a dear friend whose husband is battling cancer, and at the time, I also needed to make space after deciding to adopt a second child. Still, I always felt like something was missing. I missed the movement, the motivation, and most of all — Kendall and her powerful mental health rides. Rowing Faster
All the perks of rowing a boat, without the water! Especially with iFIT, you literally feel like you are rowing a boat, all without having to leave your house. I can row in Europe by just walking into my gym, how cool is that? And even then, this rower is 10x nicer than any boat I would be rowing. All jokes aside, I have been really impressed on how smooth the pull rope and seat are on this machine. I have always been a little scared with rowers that the rope might snap but this one really does feel sturdy and that it won ’ t send me off the back. It was easy and quick to assemble which was really nice because sometimes you never know what you might get with putting together a new machine. The screen is a great size and the speakers are awesome too. I like how comfortable the seat is. Our previous rower had a very hard seat that was not enjoyable to sit on and this one is much better. Overall, I ’ m really impressed with the quality of the unit. My only complaint is that I wish it had a lock on the seat so it couldn ’ t move when not in use to protect little fingers. This is an incentivized review and I have a family member that works for the brand but these are my honest thoughts.

I ’ ve been using the NordicTrack G LE recumbent bike for a few weeks now, and I have to say, it ’s been a pretty great experience overall. The console isn ’ t anything fancy—it ’s pretty basic—but it gets the job done. I am very impressed with this treadmill. It was easy to assemble and runs very smoothly. Specifically, we have multiple fast runners in our home. Most treadmills seem to skip at 10 mph; however, this one is smooth even up to 12 mph and 14 mph. The screen is large and clear, and the speakers are great. I purchased my Stamina DT Pro Rower, because I have been an avid hiker and my knees were starting to give up the long haul feeling. I had Stem Cell injections in both knees, and after the few weeks of rest needed to get a low impact form of exercise, to help strengthen them. We abandoned our membership at the local gym- thanks Covid-, and Rowing seems to be the one exercise, using the highest percentage of the bodies muscle groups, not to mention getting the cardio I needed. So, how is it going? After 4 weeks, my knees are getting stronger and my core is making great improvement. How I walk and carry myself, takes me years back to a more fit time. The pulse recovery tool, which helps measure how fit your body is, by measuring pulse after the workout has been the best mental tool for me. After my first session, I registered a 4. 1 on the recovery score. Much worse than I thought I would be. Last week, every workout ended with my recovery score under 2. 0 This is awesome and shows how effective this machine can be. I am loving my Stamina Rower!!!
