I 've only been using this for four weeks. The product is sturdy and well constructed. The nylon strap looks and feels like it will provide lasting use. The handle is easy to grip and comfortable in the hands. The seat is comfortable and I 've had no issues with it. I 'm starting out with 30 minute sessions on low level to work on my technique and form and very much like the steady resistance. For older first time users on a rowing machine( I 'm 66), if you have n't already been exercising regularly this will give you a good initial workout at level 1. If you 're like myself and do regularly exercise but have n't used a rowing machine, once you feel comfortable with proper technique and form you 'll be ready to push upwards and this machine has very good resistance settings and built- in programs that will challenge you. Also allows for custom programming. The digital screen is easy to read and simple operations. I 'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it!

This is a fantastic rower. I was a little concerned it would be of poor quality due to the price compared to the others, but if you aren ’ t a peloton groupie and don ’ t need false encouragement tossed at you every five seconds, save some money and get this one. The water resistance is perfect, and once I get stronger the magnetic resistance is going to build on that.( If you do need some false encouragement, there ’s always Apple fitness+) It hooked seamlessly to my phone and the app works perfectly. So far so good. Assembly was a challenge by myself but managed to figure it out with some help from a wall. Have been using for a couple weeks now with no issues. It is a little short for me( 6' 4 '') so might try to figure a way to move the foot rests back a bit to gain a couple extra inches. The resistance is fine, it's a little noisy but does n't drown out the TV any more than my old elliptical did. As long as it holds up, use it weekdays for 10 minutes at a time, I 'll be satisfied.

I got into rowing at my local gym on this same exact rower and loved it. I deceided to buy one for the house( one of my greatest decisions) and tried Concepts and various hydro rowers. They did n't come close as far as comfort and also they did n't have a high enough resistance which I enjoy. I am not very good at setting things up from a manual, I 'm a video person, but I assembled this myself easily in 2 hours, very clever step by step instructions with the tools included. Nothing was very difficult. Then I had my phone connected to the screen, blasting old hip hop videos off YouTube and custom programmed my favorite rowing settings in barely 5 minutes. Extremely sturdy and well built machine. Took me about 20 mins to put together and that's incluiding filling up the tank. It's easy to fill. It's quieter than I expected and I like that it's easy on my knees.

I have been loving this air rower! Its so light that I can move it when its not in use and bring it out on my own! The seat is very comfortable allowing me to do a full workout without having 'that' pain. I can control the level of resistance with how hard I pull.

The assembly was more complicated than I expected( it took me an hour to get it fully out of the box and assembled), but it was worth it once I got the whole machine together. I was only able to do 2 minutes on it my first time and my thighs had a good burn going! I also felt it in my lats, shoulders, biceps, and my core a bit, just after 2 minutes on it. I like that you can adjust the resistance and the seat easily. I have n't tried the resistance band cables yet, but I 'm looking forward to it to target my inner and outer thighs like it shows in the video. This machine does n't feel like a beginner machine- I work out already, and like I said, after just 2 minutes on resistance 3, I had to take a break and my legs were burning! If you 're a beginner, you may have to work up to being able to be on it for several minutes at a time. It gets your heart pumping, too!
