[ Just picked up some new soccer cleats for the upcoming Spring season. I figured I ’ d get them broken in to reduce any foot issues during the season. Upon receiving them I immediately noticed how sturdy a cleat they were. Some are too light weight and flimsy at the base where the shoe meets the cleat. These are not like that. Sturdy throughout, yet very comfortable. Great support throughout too, despite being a low top. The design and color on the cleat are fantastic as well. The Purple Agate color really pops, yet it ’s not too flashy. The ribbing on the toe of the shoe will help with ball control as well as toe dexterity and easy, fluid movements. The cleats on the bottom seem very firm. I don ’ t see them breaking down quickly. They should last for many seasons. The fit of the shoe is a little tight still after breaking them in quite a bit. I ’ d say size up a half size if you ’ re thinking of getting them. What I ’ m enjoying most about the shoe is the sturdiness. I feel like this will be a good cleat for quite a few seasons. I ’ d say the one drawback is that they ’ re a little tight. Like I mentioned earlier. I ’ d buy one half size up next time. I hope these continue to break in and loosen up. Overall I ’ m pleased with the shoe. We ’ ll see how they continue to loosen up for me though.

When Nike released the Luna's my daughter switched from the Mercurial. And she has been very happy with them. She wears the cleats daily and has them on anywhere form 4 to 6 hours a day as she has training 6 days a week and sometimes on Sunday or a game on Sunday and Saturday. She does pair them with grip socks but that is he preference. Her teammates love her cleats and they all have cleat envy. [ I really liked this pair of FGcleats. I would first like to say how well Nike has done creating a synthetic material that is durable, but comfortable! I really enjoyed the color scheme of the boot and felt it was well balanced and subtle, yet vibrant! It was a cool collaboration with pro players.!! cool stuff- More technical thoughts, I like the molding geometry that is built into the boot. I feel that serves a good utility when playing to create a slight advantage in terms of ball control. However, it would be nice if there was perhaps a bit more raised geometry in the kicking area around the upper inner toe areas. As well as on the outside of the foot area too. In regard to fit, they feel strong, but not constricting. However- They definitely run on the smaller/true to size side... I am a size 10. 5 and tested a 10. 5. It was small and a bit tight even after break- in. The tightness was around the tip of the toe and near the pinky toe. It was n't a deal breaker, but it was notable. Lastly, I really like the quality of the midsole meeting the upper sole. This area is prone to break/crack/split due to pressure. This boot did well blend the materials at the seam. After thought, and my personal opinion,.. As an adult who grew up playing soccer/football for +30 years... I am not a fan of the shoes that do not have tounges.. I do n't really enjoy having the constricted feel of a material cut line right on the pulse of my upper ankle joint. A tounge that rolls up and folders over slightly would be my preference. It would not need to be anything a large, just more than a stitched stretched line. Either way.. I really appreciated the opportunity and truly like this product and what NIKE is doing for soccer athletic apparel.

Bought for my 14 yr old son. For reference his favorite Nike model is the Nike Hypervenom Phantom 3 elite which began release in 2017. Since he outgrown his last pair in 2020, he has primarily ran through the complete Phantom elite line the last 4 years and always compared them to the hypervenoms. Since receiving these he ’s said they made up for all of the flaws of the phantom GT ’s and GX ’s. Also he complimented how the grip of the ball was better than the Hypervenom ’s which no clear he ’s tried ever came close to. Finally I am happy he ’s confident and satisfied with a clear that can provide what he needs… He wore a 9 in the GX elite start of fall and grew out of them by January so he started wearing my Hypervenom 3 ’s which are a 10. 5. We ordered him a pair of these lunar elites in a 10. 5 and his foot more skinny than full but hit gives him just enough room to grow through the summer and I ’ m sure we ’ ll be back on the market afterwards for fall. A feature I like as a parent is they have foam padding in the heel/achilles area! I thought that is an under- rated feature that adds to the comfort. We could not tell a weight difference between the Luna and the mercurial elite. Highly recommend!!!

[ Normally with these types of shoes, I have to buy them a little larger, about a half size up, I had n't done that for these shoes and had ended up with a shoe that is closer to the size I wear with other shoes that fit differently. Unfortunately, they were a bit on the tighter size but they hugged my feet well. I loved how my feet looked in these! Despite the size issue, they were still slightly comfortable to wear and to use when playing on the field. The design was unlike any other shoe that I have owned. They were definitely unique and eye- catching despite not having bright colors. I liked this fabric as it was breathable and fit the shape of my foot. My favorite part was the design. I love black shoes and they are very sleek. Due to my own error, I would only get another pair that was sized up for my comfort.

Not one time did I have to stop and tie my laces, the cleats spikes offered perfect grip on the field. The sleak design and color patterns really set this cleat off. Whether on turf or grass these performed exquisitely, the fabric kept my feet dry in dewy conditions. I can honestly say these are the most comfortable cleats I ’ ve owned to date. One thing I would change is that I struggled to put them on due to the right neck, other than that I would recommend to any played on the field.
