My son went through 3 of the regular “ utility ” pants before I decided to try to the more expensive “ pro utility ” version. This version is thicker and will last through sliding, etc. The regular non pro version is just too thin and develop holes almost instantly when sliding. Under Armour will also not warranty replace a pair of pants with a hole in them. Even if you only get one wear out of them, they will say it ’s from “ misuse ” … even though they are BASEBALL PANTS lol. Anyway, if your son insists on wearing UA because of how they fit, get these pro versions, not the regular ones. Still a bit tough to get dirt stains out of, but that comes with the territory.

I 'm about 6' 0 '', 170 lbs, very lean — similar to VRST ambassador Devonta `` Smitty '' Smith. Please, I 'm practically begging you: offer more colors! A lighter grey, balsam green, deeper khaki, or a good shade of red — I 'd buy every one. Also, consider adding belt loops. Keep the stretchy liner at the waist, maybe tweak or remove the strings that get destroyed in the dryer, but belt loops would make it easy to tuck in a polo without looking ridiculous on the course. Love the fit, love the material, and I 'd throw even more money your way with these small updates. In our recent order for delivery, unfortunately whoever packed the pants got them all dirty with black marks. Great pants. Best fitting Carhartt pants I have had. Fabric is great feeling and looking though it does show wrinkles a bit more than I would prefer. Pocket layout is nearly perfect. My only gripe with them is that the extra pocket that is thigh level on the right side is pretty much pointless. If I put anything in it I can feel it on the back of my knee and it gets in the way when sitting. When there is nothing in the pocket I can sometimes feel the lining or stitching from it. I think the pants would be better if it was just omitted.

VRST has done it again. I have some pants made by another company that are similar to these and I would choose these over the other brand. The fabric is softer and looks more like a traditional khaki pant. These pants come with a little extra room in the hip and thigh area, so they fit nice and comfortable. The material has a slight stretch to it, so range of motion is not limited in any way. The fabric is moisture wicking so they dry quick. The pants also have UV protection which is alway a plus if you are out in the sun. Beside the main side pocket on the right side there is also a zippered pocket to keep keys safe to they do n't fall out. The back pocket also has a zipper if you are someone who keeps their wallet in their back pocket. Overall great fit and comfort. I will be buying more of these.

I really love these pants, I have like five pairs. They are so light and comfortable and have pockets in all the right places. I wear them everywhere I go, the design does n't make your legs baggy. You also have a generous waistband that does n't flip over when you bend over and they hold position very well.
