I love the pockets with zippers, which make this product similar to much more expensive branded shorts. I have not washed them yet; let's see how they last this summer. Warning that the shorts are true to size. The S is ideal for at most a 30- 31 '' waist. It would probably be best on a 29 '' I 'd say. The inseam of 7 '' is just right since the 5 '' version from VRST is kind of like underwear in my opinion.

Nike for me is a lifestyle. I wear almost exclusively Nike and have done so for many many years. I am 49 now and have no plans to stop wearing Nike because I love there products and styles. The one gripe I have with their golf shorts is the pockets are not deep enough. I do carry the remote for my electric cart along with an extra balll and markers. When I do ride a cart I have had things fall out of my pocket. I definitely learned my lesson about checking pockets when exiting the carts. These are my new favorite running shorts. The length is just right. They are made a a material with a little stretch and allow free movement. Their front pockets are as roomy as they could be in a pair of running shorts. There is a zipped pocket on the right side big enough for car keys and a few run gels, gummies or waffle. These shorts are great. They are a good length hitting right at my knee and the fit is extremely comfortable. The waistband and shorts are two different materials like the photos show. The waistband is soft and comfortable while the short material wicks away sweat leaving me cool and comfortable. They also have a small zip pocket on the hip so you can store a key, ring, or other small items. The only thing with these shorts that was odd is just how long the drawstring is. Each draw string has to be at least 12inches long so tying them up is required when wearing them.

They don ’ t ride down my legs when doing sit- ups which happens with looser shorts. The one small criticism I have is the false fly in front. Not a big fan but also not a big deal. They have an integrated liner like a swimming suit and are made of material that would dry quickly.
