I have been dealing with some patellar femoral knee pain. I purchased this because I know someone who has had knee issues and it's been a game changer. I can say from experience it's one of the best recovery devices I have ever used. I use the contrast therapy for post workouts and I feel it works. Its unique speed and consistency of changing from cold to hot multiple times is so valuable. The app has a ton of features I have not had a chance to use yet. I have a miniscus tear and I did research on the Shock Doctor 872 knee brace. It gives maximum support and the comfort level was what sold me on buying it. Way better then the standard issue braces that the doctor gives you. The fit is also what made this brace a winner. It's Contoured for your leg with the wider end for your thigh and the smaller end for you knee and calf. The velcro straps made it stay up and not move.
