I did n't have any knee issues but since I am a little overweight I would like to purchase some protective stuff when I was doing squats. Disclosure: I am 1 year removed from left knee ACL reconstruction surgery. I was looking for a high quality brace that wouldn ’ t break my wallet. I think I found the one! A little long but gives the stability needed. The sleeve aspect of the brace allows my knee and ACL to feel secure while the straps allow it to not slide around.
