Great adhesive, soft to the skin, waterproof( ish). You can put it on and forget both about it AND the blister. Sometimes can stay on through subsequent workout, but excessive sweat can cause it to come loose. Whatever is in these things really helps to heal the blister, but there's something( organic?) in the patch that can leave your skin around the blister feeling INCREDIBLY itchy. Even still, it's the first thing I reach for when patching a blister.

I was a little worried this would feel strange because of the stiffness, and while it was a bit odd aty first, it seemed to disappear after a few minutes. The support it gives is incredible and the freedom of movement you retain because your knee is still free and out in the open makes it a far superior product to any sleeve I 've ever tried. I did a 20 mile run after the first application and felt zero pain and basically forgot I had it on. The adhesive is great as well, EXCELLENT product- I will definitely be purchasing this one again. My only critique is that it's a bit pricey for only 4 applications, but for what you get, I think it's worth it.

I bought a case of 24 clear tape for hockey as I use it for every practice and game. When you break it down it is less than$ 3 a roll which is a big difference compared to my local hockey rink which sells them for$ 4. 50 a roll. I will definitely be picking up another case. The tape quality is good not great. Howes or Canadian tape I would say is better but for the price point it doesn ’ t really make a difference.

[ I gouged my finger on a pointy rock but it was cool. I had this clutch and fancy metolius finger tape to be able to keep climbing while it healed. It tears easily to get the length strip you need, and it stayed on solidly for full climbing sessions. I can only speak to the efficacy of the pink and green. I also used the pink to mark the rope ends of a black static rope which has been working well so far.
