It has removable modesty cups if you want to wear it alone and it looks fabulous with high waist leggins, joggers or jeans. It does n't cut too close to the armpit and gives lots of room for movement. The fabric is soft and breathable and does n't feel all polyesterey and sports like, but rather like a comfortable high quality top. Love it. I love Nike's padded longline sports bras and I own 4 in two different styles!! I 'm a size 36A, 130- ish pounds and wear a medium in this style. I found that these bras are incredibly comfortable/soft for both long- distance running and casual use. These wash well, do not overly stretch after wearing all day, do not cause chaffing, and have sewn in pads! Win win win.
