These are the best spikes for anyone who doesn ’ t want to spend a lot of money on the super high- tech super spikes, but would still want to enjoy some of the technology on them. The foam feels amazing and the spike plate is aggressive and stiff, just what a sprinter needs. Great for races from the 100m- 400m.
