I love this weighted vest! I use it to do both house chores and on walks. The 20 lbs feels like plenty of weight and I am easily able to remove the sandbags if I need to lighten it. I like the way the velcro wraps all the way around and it can be taken off from the side, or front. The material is very sturdy and seems like it would be more expensive than$ 50- I found this to be a great deal! I went with the 16kgs weight first it was perfect for me. I ’ m male 5 ’ 10 ” 180lbs new to using these weights. It was very challenging at first but after a hand full of of sessions I got the technique and felt comfortable at this weight. It ’s still heavy enough for me. I have toyed with getting next size up but this 16kg weight still is enough when I look at the price for the next size. So far no rust, I have had it for 5 months and really like it. I like the handle size, I usually wear a large size glove, and I have yet to drop it when sweaty.

After I unboxed these I found the quality was very high. The clips that come with this are very heavy duty and high quality. When I went back to Amazon and looked up anything approaching the quality of these dumbbell bars it was more expensive there when I added in two sets of very high quality clips. These weigh in at 9. 9 lbs( probably 10 on a better scale).

I have loved using the Women ’s Hera weight lifting gloves. I used to get terrible blisters on my hands from either heavy weights or coarse barbels/pull up bars.
