Had the normal one full day break- in period. This is my third pair and I keep coming back for them. They are rugged and durable and last a little over a year when used roughly for hiking, trail running and slogging through the mud. I compete with these a lot because they keep the water out( unless I go in the streams) and they hold up really well. The soles start to get thinner after 1. 5 years but I have n't found any others that hold up any better and still stay together like these Moab 3's.

I have a little extra length in the arms, which I love because it is a rarity. I feel like I have just enough room that I could wear a crewneck underneath without problem, but it's not bulky without layers. And it's long enough that it covers my bottom! These trousers were the reason for me to fall in love with the Fjällräven brand. I 've used them extensively while camping, tenting, hiking and- yes- winter mountaineering. I absolutely love the design, materials and functionality. Those were my first pair of hiking pants with pre- bent knees and I felt the difference in comfort and freedom of movement. In hot summer days, they might feel a bit heavy, so the ventilations are essential to keep you cool. I can appreciate the front pockets as well, as they have enough depth and are easy to reach on the go. My pair is ageing quite well and has no issues with the durability even after extensive use and washing cycles- the color on the G- 1000 does start to fade a bit, but it looks even cooler that way. Overall these are one of my favorite trousers. For the winter mountain, they are a bit baggy and may get in the way of your crampons, so I switched to a pair of Bergtagen Stretch for that. Still, they can do the job and will not let you down. For all other seasons, they are unbeatable.

Heavy, but not too heavy. Beautiful bold colors. This shirt is really good length, not too long. The buttons make for snug closure. This shirt will definitely keep you warm. I would slso suggest an undershirt since the way the fabric is made, its a bit itchy.

Pink Helmet
Shirt is very heavy duty feeling material. Colors really work well together. The shirt is very warm so will be a winter must. Only thing that worries me is shrinkage after wash and also the sleeves are almost too short.
