It's warm and comfy. Soft fleece, lots of zippers and pockets. Got the gray, the fleece is different from my other Denali's. The fleece is maybe softer than the usual Denali fleece. The fleece does shed, which I guess happens with the softer fleece. It is way more cropped than the older Denali as well. The name should say `` Cropped ''. I 'm considering sizing up to see if it will make any difference, but that means the sleeves will be much wider. I 'm not sure why the under arms are soooo huge maybe to decrease sweating hence the zippers under the arms. They should have two options for the Denali, one with a regular length and one cropped for women. This one is functional, but will rise up. I buy a new Denali every few years, this one is very different. The prices keep going up and the jackets and sweaters keep getting shorter.

Other packable jackets I 've tried can feel cheap or flimsy, but what I like most about this jacket is that there is no compromise quality of the material- it still feels great when I wear it. Thoughtful touches with the zipper design to keep rain out, the bungie cords at the waist for a more secure fit, and vented back to help with breathability really bring functionality to this piece. If there was one thing I would change about this jacket is the cut; the length is a little too cropped and the sleeves a bit baggy for me personally, but I know that's the style and it can work great for others.

[ This jacket is amazing! I 've been looking for a rain coat that's light weight and comfortable, but that would n't stick to my skin when it rained. I think I finally found that! It has a hood and a cinch cord around the waist to really keep rain out. The vent flap in the back is the only weird thing about it. Because it is just tacked around the edges, it sometimes falls open and you can see glimpses of the shirt underneath. I was looking for a jacket for cooler Spring and Fall days where a 'winter' coat is too heavy, but a windbreaker is too light. This jacket is the perfect in- between jacket for those days. The side pockets are deep enough to hold my cell phone, but if I could make one addition to this jacket it would be to have a cell phone pocket up near the chest, either inside or outside as other Columbia coat styles have. The Velcro tabs along the zipper and on the sleeve cuffs are very strong too which make for a secure fit. The jacket material feels very durable as well. I have n't worn it in the rain, but I 'm sure it will pass that test perfectly as well. I bought this in Tigerlily Orange on sale to use as a casual jacket for spring/summer, particularly when it's cooler out in the evenings. I ordered my usual size M and I love the way it fits- it's a bit oversized/boxy throughout the body but in a good way. I love that it has a hood and that it's got a DWR finish so I do n't have to worry if I get caught in the rain while walking to work. The color is not as saturated as shown in the pics. I 'd describe it as more of a softer creamsicle color rather than a tigerlily orange. But I still love it. I think it's a great value for the sale price I paid of$ 118. I wanted a timeless light jacket for hiking with my dogs that was n't a puffer. This one does not disappoint! I love the Indigo Blue as I gravitate towards cooler colors. I am usually between a small and a medium and got a small for a more fitted look.. I wear it over the grey Fjallraven Snow Cardigan. The hood is spacious enough for a toque and the overall fit is very flattering. For reference I am 5ft4, 140lbs, hourglass body type. Keep in mind this jacket does not have any stretch to it and the shoulders are a bit narrower. The sleeves are nice and long and the length sits just below my waist( I have a short torso). I have been reaching for it since I got it last month. Looking forward to Spring in Alberta to wear it more often!

[ This is a very nice lightweight zip- up hoodie. This is probably ideal for running/jogging in cold weather. It's very comfortable and i like how soft it is on the inside. I 've worn this with jeans and a tshirt and received compliments on the style of it. I am very happy with the product.

I purchased this hoodie for sun protection on a recent 9- day backpacking trip. I bought the light grey colour because I thought it could double as bug protection, since the mosquitoes were horrendous. I really liked how feather- light it was, it dried fast and the hood was great when the bugs were fierce. Furthermore, all the bug/blood/sweat stains cleaned up nicely after the trip and it looks good as new! As for durability and wind- proofness, I will bring it on my next two canoe trips this July and report back:)

Quite happy with this version of the Astroman! Still the same great sun protection and durability but the material seems lighter/faster drying somehow. Not sure how they managed that without sacrificing durability but so far it's held up beautifully! I 'm a sweaty hiker and it's pretty amazing how little sweat this shows and how fast it dries. This lil hoody is also extremely packable- have taken it on quite a few birding/hiking trips and long days bike- packing. I plan to take it to AZ this weekend for a friend's bday trip to really put it to the test( I 've been using it in Idaho thus far). Also- LOVE this pink color. I would buy anything and everything in this pink, so dang cute! I bought a Small and Medium and I 'm keeping the Medium- I 'm 5' 4 '' and about 140- 150lbs( 30 '' waist and 40 '' low hip, aka most of my weight is in my booty/thighs). The small fit fine, but I prefer a looser fit for layering and breathability:) And because this is a sun shirt, looser fit is best for the fabric to keep out sun rays, anyways. The ONLY thing I would change about this: please move the pocket to the chest or somewhere more useful. It's on the right hip and goes backwards which is strange and not natural at all, I really dislike it. I 'd prefer it be on the chest( like the men's version) or even still on the hip but a zippered drop pocket( like the Freewheel Hoodie).

I have a small Astroman in navy and wanted something brighter and a little more roomy. So I got Sunrise as it ’s a bright safety color and I thought it was orange. It is NOT orange- it ’s definitely a pinkish coral color. While bright- it ’s not the same as what is depicted in the photo. Fit and feel is as expected.

[ Jacket feels great quality. True to size. I bought an M and fits great. Only the shoulders are a bit loose but it's a good thing since you can take into advantage and wear as the last/top layer. Havent tried it outdoors but looking forward to see how it does in the rain.
