Had the normal one full day break- in period. This is my third pair and I keep coming back for them. They are rugged and durable and last a little over a year when used roughly for hiking, trail running and slogging through the mud. I compete with these a lot because they keep the water out( unless I go in the streams) and they hold up really well. The soles start to get thinner after 1. 5 years but I have n't found any others that hold up any better and still stay together like these Moab 3's.

I really like these shoes! I use them for walking around town and some trail walking. I find them to be excellent in terms of support. The sole is hard but has great traction. They protect my foot from the rough terrain without adding 2 ” of padding. That said, because the sole is hard and not thick or really cushioned, these would not be my choice for standing all day. I bought these because I liked the zip- off Ferrosi's so much and these pants are great! Despite being in the same family, the fabric feels a little different between these and the zip- offs but still incredibly stretchy and breathable. Like the zip- off, these have the built- in draw string and leg cuffs which is handy for ditching the belt and being able to pull up the cuffs if you like. These have become more of my casual around town pant now because they 're just so comfortable.

The weight and fabric is breathable light. It is the lightest pants I have hiked with. In areas where shorts are not the best option but it is hot these have been a life saver! I like the pockets and drawstring at the waist and ankles. Beginners and experts could both benefit from these pants. The only drawback is that it is thin fabric which can snare on twigs and tear. Pretty durable for their weight though.

My last pair had the zipper to make shorts, which I hardly ever used and was less comfortable due to the zipper. What I love:( 1) the pockets are amazing- all women's bottoms should have such great, deep pockets, with a mix of zipped and buttons! LOVE that! I have the patina green in medium size. I go on day hikes at least twice weekly and have this shirt keeps me as comfortable as possible even in 30° Celsius weather. This shirt stays dry as I sweat during my hike. If the weather starts to cool it is easy to put a fleece layer over this one. Lastly, I do n't put this in the dryer after washing as it can become completely dry in an less than an hour in my house where the A/C temperature is set to 20° Celsius. I 've bought three pairs of these pants over the years. They are slim- fitting, a bit stretchy, and lightweight. Good for summer. They have some nice details like the pockets and cuff snaps, although honestly I do n't use either of those much. They are very slim fitting, so make sure you do n't order them too small in the waist. A lot of outdoor clothing companies make pants similar to these-- light, slightly stretchy, clean- looking and not too complicated. I think these are one of the better versions.

My old pants were OR and lasted forever so when it was time for new ones it was a no brainer to go with these. They are incredibly comfortable. Very soft and very stretchy makes them great pants for any outdoor activity. The legs zip off easily and the pockets are great. Ca n't say much more about them. Outstanding quality and a great brand who stands behind their products.

The pants have a perfect amount of stretch, which makes them comfortable during a day on the trail, and when relaxing around camp afterward. The zippered legs come off and on easily, and the adjustable drawstring at the ankle allows you to cinch it up around your boot to help keep 6- 8 legged critters and trail debris out of your shoes. I like them, and they look good with my Scout leader uniform too. I went with the Morel color, as the Verde was a little too green for my tastes.

This sun hoodie is perfect for providing sun protection without trapping too much heat or sweat during summer activities in the mountains. Note that the specs describe darker colors as SPF 20 and lighter colors as SPF 15. I bring this backpacking as an extra layer with a minimal weight penalty.
