Great for Maine weather... I bought it in the Summer of 2024 in Florida because I was moving to Maine. This jacket did very well in the Maine winter!! it's really warm.. I never got cold with it. I also wore it while skiing( at Sunday River, Maine)... and snowshoeing( I was sweating under it, with just a tshirt) I definitely recommend it if you live in Maine
