[ I have a tough time finding shorts that fit me well. When I do find them, I buy them in bulk, in every color. My last favorites were Columbia( from 4- 5 years ago), which I had to `` retire '' this year... they 've seen a lot of wear, and have held up great! I recently ordered 4 different styles in a few different sizes. This style fit me the best, so I bought 5 pair. I am 5' 7 '', 130 lbs, and 60 yo. I have long, lean legs, and a short waist. I have shorts that fit me well from size 4- 8, just depends on the style. I tried size 6 in the 5 '' inseam, but the waist was a little snug, so I returned for size 8, which fit perfectly. I still have room in the hips, but they fit nicely and give me some shape. And my legs do n't look like sticks hanging out of a barrel!;) This fabric has a nice, silky feel to it. Some of the others I tried were a bit stiff and `` papery '' feeling. I highly recommend these.

I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the package and it go better from there. The look was good enough to wear even when not riding and the added liner was super comfortable. I would definitely recommend these.

[ Have logged thousands of miles on 2- year old shorts. Gravel and single track. Ample pockets, lightweight and breathable, but tight enough for cycling. Unless you like the baggy saggy style of other mtb shorts, these are the ones to own.

I have several pair and they fit great. I usually wear medium, but in this model, I wear a large. I put them in the dryer and they shrink a little. Front pockets hold my phone and a wallet. I have them in different colors and in different lengths.
