The fabric is super unique- I ’ ve never felt anything quite like it, and it ’s really comfortable to wear. Extremely lightweight, but still provides protection in cooler weather. It fits very true to size, and I love that it has a good length, both in the body and the sleeves, as I ’ ve frequently run into issues with too short of sleeves in other athletic jackets I ’ ve tried in the past. I think it looks really sleek, and it ’s perfect for going out and about generally or for a workout. This will definitely be my go to jacket this spring, both for running and for other outdoor activities.

I ordered my usual size M and I love the way it fits- it's a bit oversized/boxy throughout the body but in a good way. I love that it has a hood and that it's got a DWR finish so I do n't have to worry if I get caught in the rain while walking to work. The color is not as saturated as shown in the pics. I have been waiting for a hooded version of a packable puffer that was still cute, and after enjoying other Halfdays products for skiing, I was excited when I saw this in their spring collection this year. This jacket arrived several weeks ago and has been great for everything I 've thrown at it! It has kept me warm, dry, and cute on rainy commutes to work, mulching my garden, and taking my dog on a field trip to our local forest preserves. It has been comfortable in temps as low as 35 and as high as 65 or so for me, personally. I love how lightweight it is, and that is compacts down if it warms up during the day and I need to pack it away for my commute home. It is also roomy enough for layering underneath, and I enjoy the big pocket for storage in the back. 10/10 would recommend.
