These are very comfortable. It does feel like you are walking on air. There is n't any harsh shock to the foot when moving in these shoes. The toe box on the men's shoe is better fitting than the women's shoe. This is narrower and fits me much better. Nothing rubs at the arch. I recommend these. The waterproof Gore- Tex is great to keep one's socks and feet totally dry. The only thing I do n't like is the looks of the trim they put on the Pegasus 41 around the toe box. Yet, it does n't affect the shoe itself.

As the weather gets cooler and wetter, it ’s very important to have proper footwear that will allow you to get through your exercise comfortably and confidently! This waterproof shoe also allows me to run as long as I want without stopping due to the elements. It honestly just feels a little big in the heel area; my toes were in a good spot in the shoe. I love the reflective piece! These are super comfortable and very lightweight for a mid hiking shoe. The outer is only slightly tougher than a normal running shoe, but waterproof. Of course the outsole is much grippier. Seem to be waterproof and they are very comfortable. They do not squeak like my last pair of On so that is a big plug! Able to wear them traveling all day and be comfortable but they do make my feet sweat a lot. The green color is nice but impossible to keep clean. This boot the sizing has changed slightly they are smaller in the toe box. I went with a half size larger but I probably could have stayed with my regular size 10 and just broke them in. They are to me a light version on the quest boots that are much heavier and clunck than these. I 've bought a few different salomon hiking boots over the years and you ca n't go wrong if you are a day hiker with these they are agile and do n't slip dry or wet they get the job done and protect your feet in every situation. Excellent boots for summer to fall hiking that will last.

I ’ ve had these boots a month and so far they are great. Keep my feet dry and after a short break in period they are comfortable. There is a seam in the heel that if you tighten the laces too tight it will rub but I figured out I didn ’ t need the laces that tight. Overall a quality pair of boots.

I ’ ve worn Salomon boots for years. Since they dont have the older model x ultra mid boots. I decided to try these ones out. They look nice and seem to have all the features from the previous model. However, they have an uncomfortable pressure point located on the inside middle part of both boots. Which makes it uncomfortable to wear as soon as you wear them. Hoping breaking them in after wearing them over time will fix this problem.

They look amazing and feel even better when I swapped out the stock insole for my personal insoles. They run a little narrow so I went 1/2 size up. Stiff soles at first but after a couple rounds they soften up a little and they always have great traction. No slipping on any wet grass as I walk down a hill or out of a sand trap. My feet feel great( and dry) even after a full round of 18. Plus they look like the OG Tailwinds from the 90s that I wanted since I was a kid!

I like these a lot: They have a nice wide/not too wide footprint. They have good ankle support. They have great traction. They are very comfortable. The waterproofing worked well( as it should because they are new). My only complaint is that padding on the ankles makes them pretty wide at the ankle and that tends to catch debris and funnel it down into the shoe... so they are not my pick for places where there is a lot of trail debris.... or perhaps I should have used gaiters. But they are perfect for wet, slippery, or dry trail conditions and casual wear. To me, the picture makes them look like they have green trim: They are shades of grey, not green-- I was pleasantly surprised by that, and I think they are a good- looking pair of shoes.

Had the normal one full day break- in period. This is my third pair and I keep coming back for them. They are rugged and durable and last a little over a year when used roughly for hiking, trail running and slogging through the mud. I compete with these a lot because they keep the water out( unless I go in the streams) and they hold up really well. The soles start to get thinner after 1. 5 years but I have n't found any others that hold up any better and still stay together like these Moab 3's.

Where did I take my new shoes? First trip is to Portugal, including beaches, cobblestone streets, hiking on gravel and stone paths. And yes, a bit of water to test the waterproof claim. Warm and dry- but not too warm. They breathe better than past waterproof shoes( including from Merrell) I have had. Fine for wearing all day in the sun. A good balance of support and cushion, without excess weight. Excellent traction on smooth surfaces.
