This is my 3rd pair of GTS 23, and I really enjoy them. The balance between lightweight and adequate cushioning is ideal for me. I would suggest going up a half size over what you would normally choose at `` static '' fitment. I do wish the soles were more durable, but otherwise they are exceptional.

My nine year old son has congenital ectrodactyly in both feet. He had surgery prior to his first birthday to allow him to wear standard shoes and walk with no problems. Over the last couple of years, he ’s mentioned his feet hurting, even after getting a brand new pair of shoes. We took him back to the pediatric orthopedist, and he told us to try Brooks shoes. We did, and they have made all the difference for him! He loves wearing his Brooks sneakers and no longer experiences discomfort, which we ’ re all thankful for. Great suppport for ankles and knees. I used ASICS for years, but after they changed their design my podiatrist recommend I change to Brooks Adrenaline. I ’ m never going back. These are excellent and support my joints, and have allowed me to get back to the exercise I love.

I have a number of chronic problems with my feet that make it difficult for me to find shoes that allow me to walk comfortably while feeling supported and stable. After knee surgery, coincidentally both my podiatrist and physio advised me to buy Brooks Adrenalins because of the sturdy nature of the shoes. This was over 15 years ago. They ’ re the only sneakers I ’ ve been buying ever since. The structural support of the shoes has allowed me to continue walking and exercising without causing further pain in both my knee and my feet. They are honestly the most comfortable and practical shoes for both work( on my feet all day) and exercising. I always have at least two pairs on the go at any one time. Love these shoes. I 'm so grateful to have found a jogging/working out/living shoe for the winter that keeps my toes warm and dry. I went up half a size like the other reviews suggested and they fit great. What I love most about these and my other Adrenalines is how long the soles last. I wear these ten to twelve miles a day most days of the week and it was a solid ten months before my first pair wore down. My Nike's never last more than three months and even my Hoka's are toast after four or five months. The staying power of these alone makes them worth it. My one suggestion? The winter is drab enough- let's hit these with the neon stick! I want some bright green/yellow/orange/aqua for the grey days- all the way from the soles to the laces.

I 've had these for close to a month now so they are broken in. First pair of On and I do like the styling or how they look. In terms of comfort, they are good but not great. It could be that there are better products that On makes that are more suitable for my foot shape. For comfort, my pair of Hoka Mach 5 are a more comfortable shoe than the On Cloudrunner for walking. Certainly nothing wrong with this shoe, it is very stable and stylish.
