Do you have fond family memories of fighting over tent assembly? Not anymore! I ’ ve put it up three times( 43F) with my son( 6) in our backyard. The first time took the longest obviously due to learning parts, reading instructions etc. 2nd& 3rd time literally took 5 minutes. The first two times I took it down before rain, but this last time I figured what the heck? Let ’s find out what this thing is made of. It ’s been rainy& extremely windy all day and she ’s dry inside and in place( and truthfully I don ’ t have all ties done). I ’ ve never enjoyed a tent more& am excited to know we can go “ real ” camping and stay high and dry even during rough weather. One note- I did also have a clip break like the person who rated this tent 1 star for that reason but didn ’ t find it to be a big deal at all to tie it another way. Half of the enjoyment of camping and being outside is relying on creativity and ingenuity. I ’ m also betting Coleman would put a clip in the mail if it did bother me. Very minor issue for this very glorious tent. Do not hesitate to buy. If you ’ ve never bought a tent before, do consider your expectations for the amount of room inside I ’ m a lil on the claustrophobic side so for me, a 6 person tent is a 3 person tent If you like air mattresses wall to wall and no floor space it ’ ll fit 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

[ I made my bestfriend put it up when I went camping. She slept in it. I went in there in the morning it was so dark so I do have to say it does keep the light out super easy to put up for both of us of course we are fairly small women. The only issue is the fact that no Coleman tent I have owned goes back into the tent bag in came in. But yourself your own bigger tent bag.

[ Was looking for a car camping tent, larger and more comfortable than the backpacking tent I 've had for ages. The DogHouse would sleep 2 very comfortably, you could sleep 4 if you do n't mind being a sardine. Steep sided walls gives the tent a very spacious feel. I could erect and take down the tent solo, but did struggle a bit the first time I pitched the tent to insert the tent pole into the final grommet. Also took me a while to figure out how to get the horizontal top pole out of the snap when breaking the tent down. Overall, the tent erected pretty quickly and easily in subsequent uses after the fabric stretched out a bit. Good ventilation, beefy stakes, seems to be a strong, stable tent, certainly fine for summer camping, probably 3 season. Worst conditions I 've been in are moderate wind and rain overnight, and the tent shed water no problem. I 'm assuming the fabric has a DWR coating, and it's unclear how long the waterproofing would last. I did not buy the ridiculously expensive footprint, just used a tarp close to the correct size and that worked fine. Tent material did catch in the zipper when zipping open or close the door. I wonder if anyone has solved this though.

[ This tent is easy to set up( did n't even need the directions) and super roomy. There is plenty of room to stand up, a benefit in buggy or rainy environments. In its first week of use, it survived a big wind storm, hail, and a lightning storm. It weathered all three spectacularly- as did the people inside! We stayed dry and protected with no problem. We did purchase some beefier stakes to hold it down. The door zip snags a bit, but once you realize that, it is easy to adapt to. Highly recommend.

The Quest Overlook 6 person dome tent seems to work great for our family of 5! I would say 6 people in it would be cramped. Setup took about 10 minutes and was much easier with 2 people doing it. I love how the instructions are stitched into the carrying bag it comes in. Makes sure we will never lose it! I also really like that you can have the cover on or off the tent. Plenty of room for a few air mattresses inside. Overall my kids loved it! We are not much of a camping family but do enjoy putting up the tent in our yard and having an at home outdoorsy experience 🤣

Indymom46
Overall this is a really nice tent for the price. Everything is really well packed and instructions are attached to the carrying bag and really easy to follow. We did an outside practice run and it took about 15 minutes to unpack and set up and tear down the tent. We did not stake or attach the fly on this test. Also, unlike many tents, this is a tall tent, tall enough for a 6 foot man to stand upright at the tallest point. My favorite part is how easy it was to pack it back up into the carrying bag. It is roomy, not a tight duffel like many other tent bags. You could even store other accessories in the bag if needed. The basic tent without the fly would also be a great secondary tent to set up and use as a bug screen for meals during the peak buggy seasons.

The whole family is ready to go camping in this huge tent! Rated for six people, and you could definitely fit them all in( very spacious). Includes nice little gear pockets inside and also a gear/cargo loft which is convenient. I was even able to find a spot to hang a light inside. The base/floor is a thick tarp and will keep you very dry and is easy to wipe clean. I did a practice run setting it up inside before using it outside. It is possible for one person to set up but definitely easier and quicker with two people. Goes up in minutes with two people. It is very study, weather proof, and well made. The poles put a lot of tension on the fabric during set up, and it held up great- no rips like other cheaper tents I have used. Worth buying!

Great spacious tent, esp for tall folks like us. Tent stayed dry despite VERY dewy mornings and the afternoon rain soaked ground. Fairly easy set up. No complaints. I bought this tent maybe 5 years ago now and it has held up through more than I ever thought it would. I 've camped recreationally a number of times but I 've also been in a couple situations where I was homeless and had to make this tent my home and I could not have asked for a better product, i lived in this tent in the cold and the hot in nice weather and storms with 50mph gusts of wind where the side wall was on my face while I was sleeping. I want to express my gratitude to core equipment for making an incredibly solid product at an affordable price so thank you and keep up the good work.

Received our wine colored purchase 6/4/24 and set it up in the back yard. Forecast predicted showers and thunderstorms the next couple days so wanted to put it to the test. IT PASSED with flying colors IMO. Predicted thunderstorm came through the night of 6/5 in our north Alabama county. Watched the tent sway with wind gusts of, I ’ d say, 40mph. Was a bit concerned as I was watching but it held up and stayed anchored. Now, I did use Coghlans 7 ” aluminum stakes as opposed to those provided and insert on a 30- 45 degree angle as well.

[ The CORE Equipment 10- Person Lighted Pyramid Tent is hands- down one of the best tents I ’ ve ever used! From setup to takedown, this tent is all about convenience, comfort, and smart design. First off, it ’s incredibly spacious. We had plenty of room for our air mattresses, gear, and still space to move around comfortably—no crowding or tripping over stuff. The pyramid shape gives it great headroom and makes it feel even bigger inside. The built- in LED lighting system is a total game- changer. No more fumbling for lanterns or flashlights—it creates a warm, ambient glow that makes nighttime in the tent feel cozy and functional. Perfect for getting ready for bed, reading, or just relaxing after a long day outdoors. Setup was surprisingly easy for a tent this size. The instructions were clear, and everything felt durable and well- constructed. Plus, the ventilation is excellent. Even with multiple people inside, it never felt stuffy, and the airflow kept everything fresh. If you ’ re a family, a group of friends, or just someone who likes a little extra space while camping, this tent is 100% worth it. Durable, well- designed, and packed with thoughtful features—CORE nailed it with this one!

The tent comes with a bag that fits it all inside and it has handles so it's easy to carry. The tent has no issues if it rains. Perfect size and easy set up! Instant tents are amazing and there is no going back to pole tents for my family. The rain fly was a great quality but may be a tad difficult to put on for one person just because of height. The ONLY gripe I have is how it is next to impossible to get the tent back in the bag, but all tents have this issue. Id recommend not even trying and putting it in a different bag or wrap it in a tarp. Otherwise it is perfect!!

This is a Great product. I had no issues in setting this up. There is tension in the bars that hold up the tent but by not over forcing the extension of these bars it went up easy. I saw posts where others bent the bar but i suspect they were overly aggressive during set up By not rushing into it my tent was up quickly. As for 6 person, if small kids the ok but i am 71 and an air bed is a must. So plenty of room for myself and wife.

A camping tent is an essential piece of gear for outdoor adventures, and this particular model offers a perfect blend of comfort, durability, and ease of use. With a spacious interior, it comfortably accommodates multiple people, providing plenty of room for gear and relaxation. The weather- resistant fabric keeps you dry during rain, while the well- ventilated design prevents condensation, ensuring a comfortable sleeping environment. Setup is quick and straightforward, thanks to intuitive instructions and color- coded poles. The tent ’s sturdy construction withstands windy conditions, and the extra features, like interior pockets and a rainfly, add convenience. Overall, this camping tent offers reliable shelter and a peaceful retreat in nature, making it a great choice for family trips or solo adventures.

Bought this a few months back. We have two children and two dogs. I decided to go big, because when we go campgrounds, I like to have a little more space to move around( I have hiking backpacks for those adventures). This tent did not disappoint. We have it set up with two twins air mattresses on one side, one king on the other, and the dogs sleep in the middle. One mistake I made was assuming all Core 12 Person Footprints are the same. Make sure you get the Straight Wall Cabin Footprint or you 'll be left with one that doesn ’ t quite fit( see picture). I just ordered the new Straight Wall Footprint and can ’ t wait to use it! Overall water resistance is good, we did get rained on one night with no leaks. Airflow is decent with all windows down. If you want to be a bit extra, we did use an EcoFlow Wave 2 portable air conditioner in the tent and it dd help lower the temp and create more airflow at night( TX gets a little warm). Unlike the other 12 Person Instant Tents, this Straight Wall Cabin can be used without staking it into the ground. I enjoy that feature as some places it ’s hard to drive a stake in. The Instant cabin will collapse without it being staked in. The Tent Kit is also a great addition. Everything you need is there and convenient. I can set it up by myself, but is better with 2 people, especially with the rain fly.

I bought this tent long before the pandemic and have taken it car camping 2- 3 times a year since. Everyone loves how these set up so fast, including me, but putting it away is a bit more work, just FYI. I have found that sort of rolling it up and leaning on it with your body weight at the end works. I do n't think I 'll ever go back to the traditional pole tent set up. Favorite part of this tent is the mesh ceiling. If the forecast is dry, you can leave the rainfly off and look at the stars. After about a dozen times camping, during a windstorm, one of the pole connections broke and we 've had to hobble together a solution, but we 've taken it camping still at least 4- 5 more times since. P. S. It's pretty waterproof, but you really need to stake it well for the rain to go where you want it to. Also, because of the slanted walls, you do n't want your air mattress touching the sides during the rain either.

[ Very nice tent and very easy to set up even with one person. Purchased sometime ago a 4 person Core tent and have been very satisfied with it as well. Have not used the new 10' x 9' tent as of yet due to current winter season. Can not really see difference in material between two tents. Advertisement states a heavier tent material for the 10'x9' model, I hope so. Again the set up is extremely easy and fast even for one person. Wanted to make sure because I often take with me on a solo fishing trip in early March and just wanted to make sure there would be no hassle in setting the tent up. Lots of ventilation ports at the base in a huge area under the rain fly for ventilation including the screens in door and sides which are ideal for the 90+ degree temp we have during the summer months. Great height for this straight wall tent more than 6 feet and center. Will add further comments after first couple of use of the new tent which I am looking forward to as the spring come around. I recommend this tent. The Core company I believes will stand by their products and not disappear overnight as so many in this line of products. Their reputation appears to be very solid.

This tent is AMAZING. I was able to put the tent up by myself. The directions were clear and attached to inside the bag. The material is thicker than the normal tents. Take down went great and everything went inside the bag, with extra room no less! For the price, I am very impressed with this tent and would definitely recommend it. I would say it sleeps about 4 people if you are using cots or blow up mattresses. 6 if you are using mats.

These has thoroughly impressed me so far, we ’ ve used this tent for several years on several annual camping trips now. Our tent survived the winds of a distant tornado that passed through our town. The wind flapped so fast it melted the fabric sleeves covering the joints and exposed some melted foam. The rain fly held on with extremely minor wear, otherwise perfect condition. Hope to use it for many more years!

Set up is so fast, poles are permanently placed, just extend and click into place. The top was confusing at first. Little front x27; porch x27; area is convenient, as are the pockets on the front outside wall. Stayed dry inside after rain showers- put a tarp on the ground and the tent on the tarp. When we packed up we were surprised with some water between tarp and tent- tent floor inside never got wet. The original bag expands and the tent, when folded up neatly, fit back in to the bag and the bag zipped up. A con- I wish the screen windows were bigger so more air could flow into tent. Otherwise I x27; m completely happy with the quality of the tent.

[ Recently used this tent to camp at Arches National Park and the nights we stayed were pretty windy! It held up and didn ’ t budge but because we staked our tent down right. I love the shield over the tent and the space inside before getting into the tent( my partner and I call it the patio haha!). We store our extra camping essentials in that space so it ’s not out in the open when we leave. It fits a queen sized air mattress. It ’s a great tent for two people!

We purchased this tent for our recent backpack camping trip. It wasn ’ t too heavy, but it did take up a decent amount of space in the 65L bag. We felt we needed a little more room than our 2- person tent so we could fit ourselves and our gear. This tent worked perfect for our needs- the two of us& a queen air mattress fit great. We had enough room for 4 50L/65L frame backpacks( ours and our other two camp mates) and could still move around without stepping on everything and keep things organized. The vestibule was an added plus- it was nice having some extra room for our chairs& other small items. Would absolutely recommend this tent to anyone looking for a roomier 2/3- person tent or just enough space for 4- person.

[ I took this out for an inaugural vsmping trip last week under very windy conditions, this tent stayed exactly where it was supposed to and did n't loosen after being pummeled by windy conditions for 3 days and nights. The vestibule was so great, it's like having a whole other tent for gear that you do n't want inside the tent. Very happy with this purchase.

[ Solidly- built and functional car- camping tent. Ample space for our crew of two adults and a toddler. Easy setup. Pitches taut. Fun, retro color scheme. The guy lines can be rolled up into the attached sleeves when not in use. Included stakes are heavy duty. The front porch awning wins the day as a stow area for gear or as a covered area to hang out. Initially I wondered how the tent would breath with just the one small vent, but the rain fly stakes out nicely creating airflow( not to mention the ventilation options provided by front awning system). The tent easily fits back into the included carrying pack- no wrestling required. Cons: the front zipper is really tight and requires two hands to zip( may just be my tent, idk). No included ground sheet, which would be recommended to extend life of the tent. Overall, this is what I feel is a best- in- class considering all factors. For a reasonably priced four person tent with some thoughtful product design, you could do no wrong with the Kelty Rumpus 4. Ca n't wait for the next outing!

It was so much fun buying this tent. All the features I need, and it delivers on all of them. Lights work great, set up in under 5 minutes. First night we had driving rain, hail, and strong Florida winds for several hours. Several Colman Weather- Tec tents in our camp allowed water inside, but my Core was dry as a bone.

just got this six person lighted tent. Went camping this past weekend with it for the first time. Really easy to set up. Love the room on the inside. Love the lighting system. My wife especially liked the kind of ambient light mode. We are experienced campers. I like what this company is doing with their products. Keep up the good work. By the way, I was able to get it back in the bag with not too much problem. As everybody knows that is an issue with most tents. I like what this company is doing with their products. Great size for my son and I to take camping trips throughout the Northwoods of Wisconsin and wherever our cub scouting adventures take us. The tent is extremely fast to set up and take down. I bought this tent months to get ready for a camping trip. When the time finally came, rain was expected soon. Having never opened this bag prior, I found set- up very simple. The tent was up in a few minutes with the help of my wife. Taking the tent down was just as easy, tent was down and ready to go within 2- 4 minutes. Just had 3 days of rain in the 8 person Quest Zion. No water incursion. The thoughtful and simple design of this tent are of a higher standard compared to tents in it's bracket. The almost full- cover rainfly, with ample option to open for air/light, and with a deep covererd awning- is reason enought to buy it. Great color, neon trim pops and the teal gives a pleasent light inside the tent. Plenty of room.

I come from the outdoor retail industry, and have been raised on very high- end gear. I have the Mountain Hardwears and the North Faces, etc. They 're amazing, and the Quest tent can not be placed in the category occupied by the big boys. Now with that out of the way, I have to say this about Quest: Wow. I bought this tent as something cheap about which I would n't cry if my kids ruined it. As I type this in late November in the northeast US, the tent has been set up in my back yard for almost three months. It's been through rain, wind and direct sun exposure for all that time, and it's dry inside, standing soundly and the fabric appears no worse for wear. I have no explanation for this, since it's not unfair to say that the Quest is a budget tent, and affordable things are never any good! Right? Well, in this case, please buy with confidence. For the backyard or campgrounds, I think you could do a LOT worse. Not sure I 'd want to haul this thing cross- country for remote camp- outs where things can get hairy, but for most of us, it 'll serve well. The fiberglass poles have taken a bit of a `` set '' while left standing for so long, meaning they have a slight permanent curve to them now, but I doubt most people are in the habit of leaving tents standing for three months. It's great. Getchya one.

[ A little over two years ago we bought this tent for car camping. When it first arrived we were impressed by how light it was. We set it up which was easy for one person and noticed how spacious this tent is! Personally I am coming from the two person dome tent land but we decided we wanted to be able to stand up to change and have a queen raised air mattress. There is so much room in this tent it ’s amazing. The fly goes to the ground so in a few severe thunderstorm we stayed dry. Wind 30 mph gusts might blow it down the back side in a headwind but if you anchor the guy lines it will withstand it. The walls are almost completely screens which could be a weakness in the design. We tent to camp into late September in northern Maine in New Hampshire and some nights get into the 30 ’s but we have heavy sleeping bags for those nights. The vestibule is so large we have played cards by sitting in two chairs and having a small table set up. Overall we are very happy with the quality and design of this tent!

Got a good deal on what looked like a returned item. Zipper quality is impressive and set up is fast and easy. Only negative is without the rain canopy it ’s wide open screening. That only was an issue when it was hot outside and needed privacy.

[ Nice tent at first blush. Easy to put up. Plenty of space. Brand has a long history of super durable outdoor gear. The stow bag is awesome and leaves room for a footprint if you use one. And pretty darn affordable. There ’s an odd detail on the rain fly at the front vestibule. The pole sleeve creates a kind of gutter that will push water back toward the tent and seam in the fly. I have yet to test the tent in a real howler so I can ’ t say if the issue is of serious concern. Also I think the older model had clear plastic on the fly windows. This model has kind of a cheesy flap instead which is disappointing. Overall though me and the fam love the tent and look forward to many great adventures in it for years to come.

Bought this tent a long time ago, about fourteen years. Has held up great for that time. Ten min. set up time with two people. Hooked this tent to the back of my truck that has a cap. Worked great as a second room. I use the truck as a bedroom. Sleeve zips off for a third door option if using the tent alone. The only problem was when it rained one time and a pool formed between the cap and the tent on the sleeve. If it was on the right car maybe this would n't happen. The other thing that should be done to make set up easier is to mark the center of each tent pole. This is to mark the apex of the tent to tie the roof ties to. You will see what I mean when you set up. Would I buy this tent again? Yes. And I have never put any kind of waterproofer or seam sealer on and never had a leak.

I used the tent for the first time this past weekend and thought it was great!! My wife even enjoyed camping and I was n't sure that was possible. I heard from reviews that people said that it was hard to set up, but me and my friend set it up for the first time in the dark and only took us 10 minutes, very simple. They even have a video that shows you how to set it up, I would advise watching it first if you are unsure. Others said that it wouldnt fit back in the bag that it comes with, but again, I had no problem with it at all. The only cons were the tent pegs that came with it. They had no point at the end and bent everytime you hammered them in. I went to REI and bought some titanium tent pegs and problem was solved. The only other con was that when using the zippers, they sometimes catch the overflap fabric. Not sure how to fix it yet, but not a big concern. The tent is big and very roomy. I 'm 6' 5 '' and could walk around the tent with no problem. I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner and the fit was perfect. Great tent, cant wait to use it again!

Love the idea of attaching this tent to my SUV. My wife and I have spent many a nights stacking stuff form the back into the front seats to make room for us in the back. This tent arrived and we headed out to go camping, first stop Holter Lake Montana, fee for camping sights vehicles on pavement tents on grass, you can imagine that we could not drive stakes into the ground when half would have to go through pavement. Headed out of Holter to camp at the Bridge where the access road to Holter meets up with the river at wolf creek canyon. Pitched the tent, pole, stakes everything and lit the barbeque and settle down for the night. Then the wind came and tent blew away. Lesson learned point the vehicle into the wind if known or possible( keep in mind, Eastern Montana is some of the windiest area in the United States. Packed up and headed home in the middle of the night. Two days later headed out to Yogo Creek Montana, found a remote site and set up camp, some wind but it was steady and we pointed vehicle into the wind. Everything else went off without a hitch, beautiful clear creek, camp fire and tent did fine in the 10 to 12 mph wind gust. One small problem, the straps that attach to the tent and come over the top of the vehicle and attach under the hood. When the wind blows is raddles those straps and makes a noise like a semi using air brakes. I will be going to the dollar store and buying some cheap pool noodles, slicing them half way and attaching them over those straps to stop this in the future. Over all glad I bought the tent, roomy and pretty easy to set up and break down.

[ This Tent is huge! I put a queen size mattress( 80x60) in it and still had enough room to walk around it while standing( I 'm 5' 8 '' and had 2 feet on the right and 2 feet on the bottom around the mattress to walk around). If you are looking for a true 6- person tent this, is it. The zippers are really high quality just need to go slow getting in an out as they can snag on the material just like any other tent. The rain fly and tent material is really nice waterproofing, feels like 15K. Be aware that Big Agnes currently does not sell extra tent poles to put up the shelter and the tent at the same time. Also, make sure to buy the Footprint( its not included), it adds longevity to the bottom of the tent and is necessary for the shelter to set up by itself.

The Reluctant Camper
We have used this tent for a couple of years now and still love it. Once we got the hang of it, set up was much easier. We place a tarp underneath to protect the floor, as well as some plastic sheeting on top of the flooring. I think this will increase the life of the flooring. We 've weathered some big storms and have remained leak proof. We are able to fit 3 cots in the main area, and two slim twin sized blow up mattresses in the bed of our van, thus we can sleep 5 fairly comfortably. This was an excellent start- up tent for new campers.

67wagon
Set up& tear down are simple& intuitive and take only about 20 min. if you take your time. The tent itself is very spacious and easy to connect to the vehicle. It fits our vintage station wagon very nicely. Quality of workmanship and materials appears to be a little better than average, but not rugged. After unfolding the tent the second time we did notice some marring on one of the screens, apparently from the plastic pole sockets. Be sure to use the protective bags that go over these hard plastic pieces before folding for storage. Also while folding, I reached for a corner on the screen room& got only the tarp- like edging that borders the bottom seam& it tore away at the edge a little. Again, not really the fault of the manufacturer, just another area where you need to be carful when setting up& tearing down. To sum up, it is a great product, well designed and easy to use, but its not fool proof.

Used my six person tent for the first time this weekend. Overall loved it. I have camped. all my life and I have no complaints with this tent. I was nicely surprised how easily the poles went in and the tent popped right up. I tried to cut corners and hook the poles before I pushed it up, which did not work. It is best to follow the directions. Lol. The footprint is a great plus. Better and easier than most other footprints in my opinion. Easy setup with one. Real easy setup with two. Nice bag. Quality poles with bells and whistles. I expect this tent to last a long time. Woo hoo!

[ Great tent to replace my 4- 5 year- old almost perfect Halo 6p. I ’ d thought it was indestructible, but it didn ’ t stand up to a flying chair from a neighboring site during a thunderstorm. Although the Limestone has slightly less floor area, it feels larger since the walls are more vertical than the Halo ’s. I ’ m 6 ’ 3 ” and can walk around upright in more than half the tent. Both vestibules are smaller than the Halo ’s, but I ’ d never really needed/used the enormous front vestibule of the Halo. The Limestone ’s vestibule held my chair with no problem and will hold my bike with no problem on the next trip. Just did a 3- day trip in rain and 35+mph gusts and the Limestone appeared to be every bit as sturdy as the Halo. Added benefits: it ’s lighter, packs smaller, and is slightly easier to set up since it ’s got one fewer pole and the rain fly is smaller and easier to handle. Although I do appreciate the increased privacy from the non- mesh white front door, I almost wish it had see- through mesh and a zippered privacy screen like the Halo. We ’ ll see how that affects summer ventilation. For this winter trip, ventilation was great- no condensation at all on those 35 degree nights. Bottom line is that Marmot knocked it out of the park again.

We 've had our Limestone 6p for about 8 camping seasons in the PNW. I got it after constantly getting wet in our other tents and so that my tall husband could stand up comfortably and move around. It felt like$$$ at the time but it has been amazing which is why I 'm here to write this review. I love the extra dry front and back porch areas for shoes and things we want to protect. Nice large doors for coming and going, lots of pockets inside and a hook to hang a light. So quick and easy to put up. We 're always careful to store dry and clean. For the first time this year, it had one tiny drip coming through the rainfly where the seam tape was peeling up.( I 've submitted my first warranty claim so we 'll see how that process works.) Admittedly, most of our camping is in forested areas but I can see how the lightweight poles might not hold up as well in a place with high winds. 100% would buy this tent again.

After doing significant research on multi person tents, I decided on a Marmot Limestone 6 person tent. That was back in 2012. We have been camping in the tent every season except two. We have taken exceptional care of this tent( never putting it away damp, keeping it away from campfires, and storing it in a suitable tent tote) and in turn, this tent has kept up warm, dry and given us many memories of mother/daughter camping. One summer we were camping in WI and were hunkered down during a severe thunderstorm. As loud as it was with the rain AND hail pounding on the rain fly, we were safe and dry in our Marmot Limestone tent. We actually had a small stream running under the tent, but not a drop inside! The gear pockets are great and it sleeps three people quite comfortably on twin air beds and our gear. The entryway are a bonus for keeping your gear dry from the night dew and there is plenty of head room for standing up and changing clothes. We did have warranty work done this year and service was fast helpful! We absolutely love our Marmot!

[ Had the chance to spend 5 nights in the 4P Limelight in Voyagers National Park recently. This tent replaced an old 3P Eureka I had for many years. The ease of set up for this tent given the size was amazing! Was super easy to setup with one person and could only imagine how quick it would go up with two! Really love the space inside this tent. The pre- bent poles offered a lot of space inside and the addition of the clothes line was great for drying out a few shirts that i left out overnight( dewy). I have been looking for a new camping tent forever. Being a bit of a penny pincher I had been burning through one cheap tent after another. I recently got the Limestone for an weekend camping trip and I love. It was rainy and windy all weekend but my tent stayed bone dry. More than that, I could actually stand in this tent and the walls being so vertical I could actually fit my wife and two kids in it without us rolling over each other all night. Even better its got these great pockets for stashing away your gear. You can tell they really thought out every aspect of this tent.

I see alot of bad reviews for this tent, but I 've honestly never had any problems with it. First issue I hear alot about is that it leaks. I 've never had any leaks with this tent. I remember I ended sleeping in probably an inch of water one night, and not a single drop made it into the tent! Another issue that I heard of was that the poles were attached together. I can see why someone would find it annoying l, but I like it like that. I like the way they 're attached because I find it easier to set it up by myself. Overall, a pretty solid Tent that I would recommend!

My wife and I have owned this tent for six years now and are completely satisfied! 2 summers ago we had 3 days of heavy constant rain while on a camping trip and did not get wet at all! My family and i are all avid canoe trippers and for the past 6 years this tent has not let me down!

[ We got this to get back into backpacking with a 6 and 2 yr old and it fit all of us perfectly with a nice packed size and weight to split between mom and me. The unique pole setup does effectively make the tent feel roomier at the sides. Entry zipper has a sharp turn that feels like it will require repair down the road.
