Breathable material doesn ’ t leave you sweating after using the heat function. I twisted my knee and didn ’ t think I ’ d want to use the massaging option but it actually helped those muscles relax. The different settings make it customizable with the massage and the heat combinations. The cord is 9 ft making it convenient to plug in next to my chair and enjoy while watching tv. I do n't typically write reviews but today I was feeling like paying it forward. This massage roller is the best out there, and I have tried so many types. I bought one for my son, my husband, my father... you name it. The grooves in the bar help penetrate deep into the muscle and bring blood flow to the area. The handles are superb.
