The Ultra Adventure is my fifth Sunday Afternoons hat-- and my first in this style. The other four are the Sport model. I got my first one eight years ago for sun protection and haven ’ t been without one since. I burn easily, and after dealing with some retina issues from bright light, I ’ ve gotten very serious about protecting my eyes. I also walk a lot near lakes and other water, where the sunlight can be really intense. These hats do a great job covering my face and helping block glare.( I still wear sunglasses too for extra eye protection.) They fit true to size. My head is fairly small and I wear the Small/Medium. One small note-- the slider in the back tends to loosen easily, so I secure it with a quick stitch of thread and that takes care of it. They 're super easy to clean. I just soak them in enzyme- based laundry detergent for a few hours or overnight, rinse well, and hang to dry. Even after all these years, my hats still look great. I keep buying them because I like the colors, and I ’ m trying this style for a little more coverage. Highly recommended for solid sun protection, especially for your face!

I have been looking for the perfect visor for several years after my favorite was discontinued. Most of the ones with wider brims were just too big and made me look silly. I have a very small face. And you take off in the wind like the flying nun. These visors are the perfect length for keeping the sun out of your eyes. I love the lightness; however, I ’ m not sure how they will fair in strong winds. I also wish they had more colors to choose from. I like the light gray, however, it didn ’ t allow me to tighten it enough; The light purple was easier to tighten to my needs. I got this hat because the brim is slightly smaller than my full on sun hat, so it ’s not as awkward to wear in the car or indoors, but still provides a good amount of sun protection. I got the goldenrod color, and it ’s a little darker in person, but still a cool color. I love to wear this hat around town or when we ’ re out on sunny days. It ’s very comfortable, and the brim holds its shape well. I don ’ t use it when I ’ m out gardening or mowing the lawn because I prefer my other Sunday afternoon sun hat that I can throw in the washing machine if it get dirty. That ’s not to say that I couldn ’ t use this for light yardwork. It would be great with the sun protection, I just prefer to not get mine dirty. My original Sunday afternoon son had served me well for 20+ years.

This is a nice hat. Well formed and plenty `` breezy ''. Size adjuster, when pulled tighter, tends to distort the inside sweatband a bit. That's a minor complaint, but it's a bit annoying. I like that the leather chin strap is removable. There are times when I like a chin strap, but they are rare.

Nice lightweight option. Brim is wide enough to offer protection from the sun and holds up to a decent breeze. Picked this up for the golf course as a better ventilated version of the Charter hat. Ventilation is worlds better, as it should, and it's a great option for hot, steamy days. Fit was good but a little small. I comfortably wear a Medium in the Charter and Charter Breeze hats. A medium with then EasyBreezer is a wee bit tight but wearable. If you 're on the fence, get the large and use the sizer inside the brim to tighten things up. My only two complaints about the EasyBreezer is that it needs a removeable chin strap and it needs to be offered in a lighter color.
