To be precise, I measure 23cm so technically a 6, and after going up a whole size, I found that they ’ ll be okay to wear with thinner socks( especially once I break them in). Bought these since I moved from AK over to the east coast. Wanted something lighter and a bit more breathable than the womens legacy boots. I wore these everywhere. Gardening, hiking, walking the dog 3+miles a day, to work, doing errands, slipping them on in the early morning to pick up dog poop. These were easy to slip on and off. My feet stayed dry. In the dead of summer, they can get a bit hot. My regular running shoes are even hot! but overall my feet did not overheat. The shoes had great traction. It's been about a year and they are still great. I may have worn down the soles from so much use. My only con is: the foot cushions might stick to your bare feet if you do n't wear socks.

Got these for my 7- year- old and after two snowstorms-- and day- long sledding adventures-- she loves them. The rubber exterior feels almost like silicone rubber and stays flexible even in sub- zero weather, they have generous insulation inside, and thoughtful touches like a low- friction liner( making them easy to pull on and off) and an internal snow skirt with elastic pull cord to keep the insides dry. I usually wear a hiking style boot which are functional for walking the dog, especially on trails but the Bogs look great and I was thrilled to find them. I usually wear size 5. 5 but as a bonus, the size 6 fit really well and securely by pairing a lighter sock with a medium thickness sock. I initially was drawn to the green color, but ended up purchasing them in black because they look really great on. The uppers are textured differently and looks classy. Amazing boot! Well made and durable. I had a foot injury in 2020 and my ankle needs extra support, this boot not only fit my ankle( it likes to swell) but gives it the support it needs. They are snug and need to be broken in but very comfortable! I wore them for a 12 hour day the first day of breaking them in!

Have always loved Sorel boots and needed a new boot with good traction because my arches have fallen and feet have spread. Over the years the boots have gone from being roomy in the toe area to more narrow and fashion oriented. I was afraid this boot wouldn ’ t be wide enough in the toe box to accommodate my bad bunions. This boot worked well with a little bit of stretching in the forefoot. It looks like it might be heavy to walk in but I didn ’ t find that at all. Perfect height and easy to tie and so far has great traction on snow and ice. Be sure and order 1/2 size larger.

Thanks SOREL for supplying me with work shoes! This is my fourth pair of Sorel boots. I have worn them for years. These shoes get beat up and worn out. I have gotten rid of one pair, a suede pair, because after years of being in the elements they were not looking very professional anymore- but the shoe was still holding up minus the, understandably, worn down tread on the ball of the foot. The Emelie can be slipped on and off! Totally love this feature in a bootie. I ’ m still breaking them in but the foot shape that Sorel uses fits my “ pizza ” feet well( thinner mid foot and slightly wider toe splay). I sized 1/2 down for the Emelie because the last pair of boots I bought broke in so well that they are a tad floppy now. The Emelie is surprisingly still a tad big with thin compression socks but will be fine once I switch to my winter compressions. Love adding this to my collection!

These are the best looking boots ever. They are warm and keep me from sliding much in the snow. You have to be patient taking them on and off but well worth it. I bought a special spray for vinyl and leatherette to clean and protect them on Amazon. I bought 1/2 size up to fit.
