There is one zipper on the right side with a nice long pull cord so my kids we able to easily open and close it while laying inside. This is a mummy bag and has two pull strings on each side which pull it close around their head to stay warm. When open there was plenty of room to add a pillow inside the bag for them.

A good heavy- duty zipper goes all the way across the bottom so that the bag can open flat and there is a neat feature, a Velcro flap that covers the top of the zipper so that it won ’ t unzip in use or allow the zipper to be damaged when zipped up. The overnight temps were right in- line with the recommended use for this bag, and again, I was comfortable in it. My only complaint is that the zipper pull is only on the outside and most of my other bags have one inside and out. That made zipping all the way to the top a little less convenient. Overall I would recommend this sleeping bag and would buy another if I had need for a second.

[ I received this product in exchange for my honest review. I haven ’ t tried this in cold weather yet as it ’s the fall here. This bag is a great length- my 16 year old son is 6 ’ 2 ” and this is roomy for him lengthwise. It has a small pocket where I can put my phone and whatnot close to the top of the bag. The foot area unzips as an expansion to make more room. It is extremely light( weight wise) and puffy( it reminds me of the down packable puff jackets). It has a space where you can put a travel pillow. It cinches close around your face to keep you warm. It also has a spot where you can attach an insulated pad- I recommend using one as it will also give added warmth as well as cushion.

[ Just took this bag on a 12 day trip to Philmont Scout Ranch in Mew Mexico. On the nights when the temperatures dipped into the 30s, this bag kept me very comfortable when zipped up properly. On warmer nights, I unzipped the bag about 30 percent to let a little air in. The best part was that the bag is extremely light and compress down very small in a compression sack to take up very little room in my backpack and could even be clipped on to the outside of the pack without any noticeable swinging while I hiked.

I live in the interior of BC, Canada, where it ’s often brisk in the mornings and evenings. Used these gloves for 1 day between 14 and 28 deg F with windgusts and snow machines on making icy and windy conditions for a much lower feels like temp. First off, the GoreTex in these gloves holds up to its reputation, the ice/snow from the snow machines stuck to everything and ev eventually would melt but my gloves on the inside didnt feel wet at all even once. Wore these without the liner and they are comfortable, but not that warm. My hands were cold but not super uncomfortably cold by lunch without the liner in. Put the liner in after going back out and it made a world of difference. My hands stayed warm the rest of the day even after the sun went down and temperature dropped significantly. After a full day of use on the slopes carrying ski poles most of the time, there is no sign of any use on these gloves and i am hopeful they keep holding up for me. They were fairly expensive at full price, but seem to be worth it so far.

We bought this stove to heat our tent when elk hunting in the mountains. This past season we were in the mountains of Montana and had some nights in the 20s and a few days with highs in the 30s. This Alpine stove kept our 13ft X 20ft wall tent cozy warm. We normally are camped for a 2 week stretch and installed an in- line spark arrestor as shown in the photos, for ease of cleaning. We also protected the floor under the stove with a welding blanket. The racks on the side of the stove were very handy for quick drying of socks and gloves. Another thing I really like is that everything fits inside the stove when packing. That sure saves valuable space. I highly recommend the Camp Chef Alpine!

Bought this a couple months ago from an online vendor due to CC being out of stock. Assembly was straight forward and all the components pack back up into the stove for storage. Large enough to put full 16 '' long split log pieces into and when I had it 1/2 full, it blew me out of the tent. I had to damper it down. I believe I made the right purchase. The chimney pipes are tapered to fit inside each other, the smallest end at the stove is 5- 1/4 '', largest end is 6- 1/4 '' Outer diameter. There's plenty of pipe to extend above the tent. The spark arrestor screen gets clogged up a little, but if you stay on top of it you 're fine. I would recommend this stove hands down!

They are pretty windproof too which makes them the most useful in colder windy weather. [ This is a great 3 season bag! Light and packable for a synthetic. Very roomy. At six feet tall, 180 pounds, 34 waist, large hips and broad shoulders, I had plenty of room to sleep on my back and side. I had no problem with length even with my air pillow tucked into the hood. The temperature rating on the bag felt good in 30°F weather, keeping me nice and warm, paired with a sleeping pad rated at 4. 1 R value. A nice soft feel and glow in the dark zipper pulls are also good bonuses.

I purchased 2 of the Nanowave 25 ’s and put them to the test in mid 30 degree weather with no additional blankets or sleeping bag liner. Impressed! Is all I will say! We woke up to ice on the perimeter of the tent and was nice and warm only utilizing the sleeping bag and a rolled up sweater as a pillow for 2 nights.

Being a Transplant from coast of North Carolina to Massachusetts in the early sixties. I learned very quickly that the Sorel Caribou boot was the Best way to keep feet dry and relatively warm in the Great white Tundra of the North East states. Although the prices continue to increase for them. I have had I pair in 65 years that did n't give at least ten plus years. That pair was damaged by my me by resting a razor tipped arrow head on rubber portion of the boot. It did n't even cut all the way through. I ca n't say enough good things about theses boots. This company work manship or quality

I took this bag with me for a climbing trip down in bishop. The long bag is the perfect length for me( I 'm 6' 1) and provides plenty of width in essential areas like the shoulders and leg area. Temperatures on my trip gradually decreased as my trip went on, starting at 30- degree nights and dropping down to 18- degree nights towards the end of the trip. I would say the comfortability range is around the 27 to 30- degree mark. Once it dropped below 25, I started to get a little colder. If you want to use this bag in sub- 30- degree weather, I would recommend a fleece and a hoodie to make it a more comfortable night. Overall, this is a great bag and it did not disappoint. The tech specs advertised were pretty spot on as far as temperature rating. If you 're looking for a good sleeping bag for an affordable price, this is the one.

[ I went on a backpack trip where the temperature was expected to be in the 30- 40 fahrenheit range. I had bought a liner for my 40 degree sleeping bag but decided that may not be enough and I wanted to be good and warm on a cold night. Took this baby out and the temperature was in the mid 30s in our tent( had a thermometer) and felt warm. I was on an inflatable mattress with some insulation and a foam pad as well. This was roomy and I liked that. I did n't want to get a mummy bag because I ca n't sleep well with my legs constrained. The hourglass shape is awesome. Packs down pretty small, but not as small as my 40 degree bag nor is it as light. That being said... the price paid for the size, weight, quality, and warmth of this bag is excellent.

[ Have n't had a chance to use this on the trail yet dbut seems like a good compromise between weight and cost for a synthetic bag. Stuffs small enough to fit in the bag pocket of my pack. Zippers up smoothly and didnt have any problem with snagging. Will be a nice cold spring/fall bag for me and looking forward to using it. Already recommended this bag to buddies.
