This is my second of these hats, I wear them every time I run. They are very well built and very breathable. Extremely durable with a comfortable fit, good wicking material( sweat pushed to brim and doesn ’ t drip down your face, I am an extremely sweaty person), and very good sun coverage. Bill works well with most sunglasses( I have large blocky costa Del Mar ’s that fit well under the brim). Only issue I have with it is the tab in the back can be hard to get out of the way due to the difficulty of feeding it back into the hat.

I go on birdwatching trips, and on a bird- watching Safari, we were advised to be sure the hat we wore would n't obstruct the view of others in the vehicle, so I chose this hat. It was perfect for the trip, and it turned out to provide outstanding protection from the sun in general. As a bonus, it was a bug deterrent! I have three of these hats. I keep one in the car and one in my backpack so I always have it on hand. I am a redhead and these do the best job of protecting my neck, scalp, and face of any hat I have owned. I also love the folding brim so it can go in a pocket. It stays on well in windy conditions if you snap it under your chin. I wish it came in more colors. Fun ones. I would love orange or teal or fuchsia.

This hat is very comfortable and offers excellent sun protection. It is a smaller hat as in the headpiece is not deep like a trucker hat. I got a medium and it fits perfectly. Having a less deep headpiece makes it possible to wear sunglasses or over the ear earphones comfortably. The sun cape is attachable by to buttons. I love boonie hats, but the Sport Hat can keep out all angles of sunlight. It is feathery light on your head, but it is still rugged. This is my third one as others finally wore out or got damaged. This hat will stay in place in a strong wind if you cinch down the chin strap. I wear it kayaking on big expanses of water with no wind break. The L/XL hat fit me well. I recently bought this hat to keep the Florida sun off my ears and neck. It does a very good job at that. It also made of a light weight material and is easy to clean after when I can ’ t keep my hands off my hat. I have worn it for 4 18 hole rounds and still don ’ t have sweat stains on it, it has nice inside band that appears to absorb the sweat very well. It is also a nice size and not overly large.
