Moab 3s are like a Toyota. I. e., c'mon why do you even need to think about it?!?? I 'm on my third pair. I live in the hiking/backpacking mecca of western WA. I 've used them for everything- and with the waterproof ones- in any weather. I 've never needed more boot on my feet. Great for the price. I 'm a hydration pack fanatic because I use them several times a week. This one is quite good. The good: Really well made and durable materials. It is a really versatile hydration pack that can be used for hiking, cycling, etc. It has some internal pockets in the main compartment that really distributes your stuff and the weight well and keeps the pack well balanced. The back pads are nice and plush. The straps are stout. The external stuff pockets on the side/front are very useful. I like how the waist straps tuck away if you are not using them. Trekking pole straps/compression straps are nice. The pack is really streamlined, fits snug against the body, and is very stable for activity. The stuff that can be improved: The hydration bladder and bite valve are not the best, but they do function decent and for the price it is not a big deal. It would be nice to have some sort of velcro on the large external stuff pocket just to secure your stuff a little.

Very Nice Cooler. Igloo stepped their game up! I did a 24 hour on this cooler as soon as I got it to decide if I would keep it. I put an 7lb bag of ice in it with some bottles of water. I left the cooler outside on the deck in 90 degree weather overnight. I checked at the 12 hour mark and 24 hour mark. At 24 hours the water to ice ratio from the ice was about 80% water 20% ice. The ice water was ice cold and the bottles we ice cold. This is exactly what I wanted the pack for, as most people buying it would use it for 24 hours or less. First off they fit a bit small. I had to get size 5. 5 while my old Merrells were size 5. I wore them twice so far on easy trails. Did 8. 8km the first time and 10km the second time. I had no issue at all. They are comfortable right out of the box. Good support, I do n't need my orthotic insoles at all. I sank into mud and stood in the edge of the lake to rinse them. My feet were dry. Waterproof as advertised.:) They are warm though because of it. Might be too warm for summer hiking but I 'll see about that in due time. I love these shorts! They don ’ t ride up, they don ’ t wrinkle, and they are super comfortable. They have a wide slimming waste band with an external draw string. The front pockets are ample sized with grommets which will drain water should it get in. There is also a back zip pocket. It washes very easily and comes out wrinkle free. My only negative comment is the size runs slightly small.

I gave these as a Christmas gift to my dad. He was so thrilled with them. He loved the firmness of the sole as he is using them on his mountain bike. He has a similar version without the extra black textile on the side but they really stretched out. The black textile seems to help hold the shape of the shoe better than just suede. Width is perfect not too wide.
