It ’s a bit tricky to get in and out but once the bra is on, you won ’ t be able to even tell you wear one. My first time at the gym on the treadmill and other heavy machines, I didn ’ t had to zip here, put the ladies back in place every 2- 3 min. I ’ m beyond happy and satisfied with this bra. Great support if you ’ re on the bigger side of your girls. I only suggest to follow size chart though, I was able to try the bra before purchases and therefore I decided to go with size M instead XL. Thank you guys for making my daily gym sessions to a more pleasant experience. Highly, highly recommend it.
